I answered No to cleaned and well maintain due to a couple of issues. (1) Would be nice if the windshield would be cleaned inside and outside before picking up. Alot of haze on the inside and bug splatter on the outside. (2) The check engine light was on when I picked up the truck via 24/7. Stayed on during the whole trip (not flashing). Would be nice to have a pre-check done when a truck is return to the location before renting out.

Trent UI have no problem with the business itself, however U-Haul told me they were open. They were not open. I tried to check in with the app and the online website under the guidance of a U-Haul representative. Neither app nor the website worked.

Jessica RMake sure the tire tie-down strap (tongue) is long enough to safely accommodate an 18" wheel. It barely was long enough to ratchet down. Employees at pickup and drop off were excellent. Fast and friendly.

gordon tThe dual axle trailers NEED dolly jacks. They are impossible to lift and set on the ball. Whoever decided NOT to include this NEEDED feature needs a lesson in common sense and good judgement. Lifting that trailer tongue into position manually is a pain and can lead to injury. THe employee that helped me was extremely helpful, courteous, and polite. He took time to help me hook the trailer up and ensure the lights etc were working properly. AWESOME customer service.

CHARLES NCharged my card at a time when they said they didn't. Also way over charged me for the uhaul and tried to rent it out to someone else before I got there to pick it up! Never again! I will definitely be going somewhere else! When I called to speak with someone about the charges I was told I would have a field rep call me back and haven't heard from that person either. All around bad service!
