I dropped the trailer off on Saturday the 30th and she said she would check it in and email me the paperwork. They said I dropped off on 8/1 and emailed me the paperwork?? Just seemed odd the 2 day delay on saying I turned it in on 8/1 when it was there on the 30th.Nate B.

I was not informed about the 3 pm closing and was charged an afterhours late fee even though I was earlier than my scheduled time. I was charged for blankets I didn't even open. Half the blankets were not even folded beforehand. I had to take pictures of the truck above the orange line that had many scratches that were not marked so I wouldn't get charged for that too. The whole experience felt really unprofessional.Bruce F.
U-Haul is very user unfriendly in general. I had a scheduled drop off in East Springfield, OR and U-Haul directed me to a required drop off in Northwest Eugene, OR which is about a 1/2 drive away. There are at least 2 other closer drop off locations between the 2. Hopefully, I do not have to use U-Haul again.Dennis H.

I started over at the Glenwood location, and Ryan was excellent; he called me a week early an got me in for a tow package installment, and then made sure I had the right size trailer. Unfortunately my experience at hwy 99 wasn't great. The store was supposed to be open at 8 and wasn't until nearly 830, the whole place stunk because it's attached to a pot dealership, and then the office stunk of cigarette heavy smoke. It was not a pleasant experience.Cindy W.

Picking up the rental was disorganized. I had a 9 am pickup scheduled but it took until almost 10 before I was ready to go. There was only one person trying to do everything. The waiting area had dirty furniture and the place smelled of dogs and dog accidents. No apologies just a vague explanation that it was Saturday. Only complaint I have is the previous person who used the dolly before me had tightened the wheel straps too far and caused the thick part of the strap to get stuck in and area it isn't supposed to, thus causing me about 5 minutes of fidgeting per strap.Preston W.
They closed at 1 o.m. today but my truck was due back at 2 p.m. The overcab area leaked rain onto 3 large boxes of clean clothes, linens and leather coats (which have to be dry cleaned). We had to wait for roadside assistance to come replace the left wheel gasket because it was OVERFILLED with oil. It costs me half a day travel time on a 2960 mile, across the country move. Now I also have been delayed starting my new job until May 23rd.Melissa A.

I was told to hand over the keys and be on my way rather than wait for a receipt because the staff person was training another employee. I would have preferred to have recieved the receipt then and there so I could understand any additional charges. Also this was not my original dropoff location. It was changed without a text notification. Only after opening the app did I realize the location had changed. That was an inconvenience and probably cost me extra mileage.Andrew V.

The web access is hard to use, there is no mention of an assurance contact needed. The fuel is very unfair, requiring me to fill to some imaginary line rather than to the full mark. End up giving extra fuel to UHaul.ROBERT A.

Tried doing the afterhours drop off through the website as directed but it would not upload the pictures. We tried for again and again without success. So, Sunday we called the Reflections location to see if the answering machine would give hours of operation to call on Monday. But, a very nice woman answered and said don't worry. The truck has been returned. If she would not have answered, it would have been no problem to check Monday morning since the return time wasn't until 3pm. But what upset me was that we got charged an extra $20 for afterhours return just for the woman to say yes, everything is fine for your return. Just very frustrating.Lori S.

The first truck was low on gas, when I went to fill it, the attendant found a siphoning hose and a hole in the gas tank. He thought it wouldn't leak, he was wrong. It spilled gas all over the lane and forced it to close. Fortunately, it did hold a full tank of gas and I was able to make it back to the location and they made it right. They indicated siphoning had been a problem and they THOUGHT they had examined all the equipment, obviously mine got missed. 2nd truck was fine and I was able to finish the move a day early.Jordan L.

I was charged a fueling fee but I filled to the same line as when I picked it up. I even took a picture because I thought something like this would happen. When I received my final invoice, I replied with a photo of the gas gauge as well as the paper from pick up. I am expecting the fuel charge to be returned ASAP.MATTHEW G.
