The SouthBend, Washington was a terrible experience. They never gave me a paper contract. It took over 3 hours to get the truck an auto transport. The people were nice, but seemed very untrained in the job. Upon turn in there was a 32,000 mile difference that had to be sorted out. This was the fault of the SouthBend location.
