Annetta VI had originally rented for 8 days, was charged for 8 days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I turned the truck in on day 3. I was still charged for the 5 additional days. I hope U-Haul was able to rent my truck out and gain more profit, at my expense. Bad business habits
Brett LUhaul was dirty in he back. There was dirt and leaves everywhere. Had to sweep it before i used it. When I called to extend the by 2 hrs due to rain u expected I was charged 20 more dollars. It leaked. M dinning table and mattresses got wet. Trucked leaked bad on the back part of the truck. Horrible

RANDY DCall in advance to let the customer know the changes, not the day before. Make sure the pick up is within the same city and not over 30 miles away. Give the customer credit for the extra miles.

Alejandro CClearly communicate that when returning the truck - to complete the return by using the link sent on the text message received when checking out the truck. This would be very helpful.
Morris MThe mobile pickup is very tedious and time consuming. Picking and returning the truck both took an hour or more each because of how finicky and glitchy the site was, I had to dispute a photo because the truck was tagged with spray paint and there was no appliance Dolly in the truck like I'd requested. Customer service was helpful once I got someone on the phone but over all not a great experience.
Leesha SThey gave me a truck with a known broken lock. It caused me quite a headache as I had to go out late at night and buy a lock. When I spoke with them about it I was told the owner of the place has known about it but hasn't fixed it yet.
