The location was fine but the online service wasn't, I was basically forced to pay extra for the $14 insurance when the site said I could choose the $5 insurance. Everytime I tried it wouldn't let me move forward with the reservation unless I chose a more expensive insurance. A $19 a day rental turned into $80+ for one day PLUS another $40+ for a second day PLUS another $30 charge to my card after the truck was returned, 12hrs early.

The trailer had a lot of dried sand and/or concrete. The previous customers did not clean the trailer very well. Also noticed license plates light also did not work later. ther than that, the trailer was easy to use.

Tell the office workers to be aware of their chatter. It was unprofessional. I didn't catch all of the conversation , but it had to do with working on a holiday. MLK It just made me uncomfortable that employees were complaining out loud. Just give them a word-they were professional other than that!

Other then when I requested a truck and put it on hold a month in advance with a car towing device , the last day before I moved I got a call from corporate stating they could not do it at the location I was told it would be at with a conformation . So the lady from corporate told me I can pick up the truck at a new location and then go to Barstow for the other . I told her that is Unacceptable. She offered me more miles but no good as i ordered it over a month in advance. So I had to cancel and not move but put my stuff in storage. As a huge company I feel it was there responsibility to go get what I needed . Now that said I have used U haul for over 40 years . But I feel that I would have to find a company that is more together on things like this . Besides sending me confirmation on my order and on the last day telling me sorry .but you will have to be put out and go get it at 2 different locations . Just not proper Business . I don’t think that I will be using you company again .

I recieved a truck with no gas. I am not saying low on gas... I mean NO GAS!!! I had to wait for the owner to run and get had in a gas can to give me just enough to make it to the station. The gas light stayed on until I put enough fuel in. I had to go out of my way to put fuel in the truck and be charged per mile in doing so. I am still scratching my head on how things like this happen when you manage fuel consuming vehicles as part of your business model and have no fuel. I don't recommend this experience, I have no idea if this is a normal occurrence as this was my first time doing business here.

they were fine, but obviously not rented dolly in awhile as weeds were growing through it. That said I tried to rent on last week and UHaul Corp screwed us , no one way avail in all of Apple Valley or Surrounding areas yet places hav them sitting not being used.

My experience with this uHaul rental location was 100% perfect. There is nothing that could have been done to make it a better experience.

The truck had no gas and would not even start. So that could be fixed for starters. I was told I would only be charged $39 and was charged $70 .

This was our 1st time using U-Haul, we will use them for our next move! I didn't know how affordable and easy it was going to be. We have moved quite a bit and it would have been nice to do it in one trip instead of multiple truck loads... The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Your reservation system SUCKS!!! Victorville location no help at all!! Reserved for Victorville and got a pickup location in Rancho Cucamonga 60 miles round trip out of my way....After, numerous phone calls finally got one closer. Would recommend Penkse before Uhaul

Had to pay for 5 days. Need to go back to a daily rate not 5 days. If reserved for 5 days need to have the option to receive money back if turned in early.

They barely cleaned the truck when I got there. Then it took them 45 mins to get me checked in. And I was the only other customer there. The manager kept calling and asking questions about while she was trying to check me in. I was there 20 mins early for my pick up at 8am. Didn't get vehicle and leave till 845. I was supposed to meet to get my furniture at 830. Almost wasn't able to get my things. Then I reserved a certain dolly they didn't have one. Also my account was overcharged by a lot double charged for the $7 dolly. It was such a mess. I have used many uhauls never had this kind of experience. this place was a mess.

Being a frequent renter from uhaul, this reservation was the most difficult! I was sent (from on-line booking) to two locations that DID NOT have the truck! Then, on trying to return it, the first place had no room for a 26ft truck. I went to another location to verify I could return it there. When I called to reschedule the drop-off, the person on the phone said they couldn't take it. I handed the phone over to the counter agent, and they worked it out. On drop-off, the computer would not accept the truck because the mileage was entered incorrectly when I rented it. I was also quoted $40 for extending a day, then they tried to charge $80.

Inside of Cab, dirty, There was, White, Dog hair in the cup holders, inside front cab. All over the seats, floor, as well as Trailer if the truck. Advised to be sure and bring the truck back clean. As I always do. But obviously the previous customer didn't have the same concerns ?? ?

Everything was great, this was the quickest service that I have ever had... within 8 minutes of walking through the door, my rental truck was ready and waiting for me... I did have a problem with the side mirror not wanting to stay in place, and was not easily adjusted, luckily I have driven worse...

The trucks are parked jammed together so I had to crawl through the passenger side to get to driver seat. The entire cab was dusty and the floors need a little TLC. You can see where things were spilled and never cleaned up.
