The app wasn’t working and they were unwilling to help me after 230 PM. When I finally got my truck it smelled like wet dog really bad and someone left the passenger window down so the cab seat was wet due to the rain. The roof also leaked so my boxes got wet inside.

Since when did uhaul become so expensive? I had the truck for 3 hours to move a couch and it cost me almost 2 hundred dollars... The dealer was shabby system wouldn't work right and I was belittled for a little water that was left in the back of the truck due to the rain...

I reserved a hand dolly with the truck it’s a handy tool for moving heavy objects They did not have one Then Upon inspection the truck bed inside the box had solidified concrete on the floor I asked the agent to clean it and he went ballistic and said I had a bad attitude and called me a “ crabby old Bastard” I am 76 years old but am generally not crabby and I am not a Bastard for sure . This employee should not be exposed to a customer In fact he is a great detriment to your company! I will not use this location again as I have had good service over the years from your company Jim Matheson

There was a huge issue with both of the onsight employees that tried to cancel my uhaul for my move to Oregon after I would not accept the correct dolly. After 45 mins corporate worked out the ordeal and I got the truck but she delayed my move and movers.

This joker threatened to call the cops on me after I returned the trailer to that location as instructed. He refused to discuss anything with me or call the area field manager like the lady on the phone instructed him. I've never had anyone threaten me with police this way. Crazy. Frankly he was incredibly rude and has no customer service skills and should be fired.

The employees at this location did a great job figuring out the process. I was originally scheduled to return the trailer to another location which was farther away. I called our 800 number and found this return location was closer. When I arrived your computer system wasn't yet updated and the agent informed me that it wasn't scheduled for return at this location. But he called Dispatch and the computer system updated, allowing me to return the trailer. Great job!

This was a gas station location. Enough said. But at least this agent informed of us of our charges and explained that because it was a one way it was way higher. She explained that the other agent should’ve known that and explained that. That she could’ve fixed it and saved me over $100.

Trailer needed a tire. It took too long to pick up trailer due to the info needed on the web process. Many phone calls to set up drop off point. Was still directed to a closed store. Then was called for not returning the trailer

Gas level was not correct on contract it said 3/4 actually was 1/2 attendant said she would adjust contract. That didn't happen Was told when making reservation that I had it until Monday morning you charged me an extra day.

They stated that the gas was at 3 quarters. They forgot to do the pre inspection. Gas was actually at 3/8ths. I was forced to pay to fill their take or pay a 40$ fine. I have picture evidence and recipts of everything and will be taking them to small claims court if I'm not refunded my money. If your going to re t a uhaul do it from anchor storage in Arlington. So much better experience up there...

The reservation process was very disconnected. I think it would be much more customer service beneficial to notify the renters of the trucks at least 2 days prior where they might be picking up a truck. Additionally, the quality of the notification needs to be consistent - I was not notified of the scheduled location and had I not called, I would not have known.

It took me an hour to get the rental due to my name on the reservation getting mixed up somehow and also the attendant to giving me back my ID so I had to go back. Also since there was only one attendant, she kept getting interrupted by other customers for other purchases. I also do not appreciate how my pickup location was changed and I was not notified as the original location was closed on Easter Sunday but did not know this until my arrival. I would appreciate a refund for the struggle and hassle.

Because this location is a fuel stop as well, the working personnel gave customer service priority to the gas/concession customers over me, which was disrespectful.

Make sure the people renting out the equipment are familier with the product and the computer system used to rent it out.

It's a co-op with a gas station and they keep serving their customers and drop your request in the middle. And when they do get back to serve someone else walks into their doors. So expect 15-20 waiting time for a pickup.

Truck was not very clean. Though the truck was old it performed exceptionally well. The rental process was somewhat inconvenient, particularly because the additional equipment I had requested online was not available. They eventually found some moving blankets in another truck.

Get employees trained on how to get the paperwork done. It took a half hour to do the paperwork. Had to re enter information twice.

The van was scary to drive. The breaks felt like they were giving out. The van made horrible noises. You need to update the technology. It took 30 minutes to check out. The people were nice.

They need to have more than one person available during rental pickup hours. The lady on duty had to wait on mini-mart customers and had me waiting until she could break free. She wasn't very knowledgeable about the equipment I was renting. I felt bad for her, she wanted to provide a better customer experience, but circumstances prevented her from doing so. Shame on the management of the location.
