The truck rented had a extremely worn tire and I was lucky to have gotten as far as I did with it. I saw it had less tread than the others, but could not see the bald side when I inspected before departing. An excellent service provider out of Seagraves, TX put a new tire on so I could continue. However, a three hour delay to what was already a long day. Not happy with UHAUL letting a tire like that stay on a truck . Expected better quality and dependability.JIM G.

I have used uhaul for every move but one and that was because I was unable to rent one from the local dealer because none were available and I was on a time constraint. I've always been very happy with my experiences.David M.

When I dropped off my rental, unfortunately uhaul had charged my bank account for double of what my final bill was. When I talked to the woman behind the counter about it, she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about who to call and how to fix the problem.CAITLYN L.

Fuel right was amazing, the problem I have is with uhaul. I called uhaul support center twice, first time to make sure my order went through, the second time to make sure all the equipment would be there. The agent assured me it would be and someone from uhaul would call me by 6pm to confirm. No one called me. When I got to fuel right Randi told me she personally had to hunt down an appliance dolly by calling every other uhaul vendor in my city. There was glass all over the cab that she personally had to clean up for me. I drove across town to get my appliance dolly and loaded it in my AVEO HATCHBACK to avoid putting miles on the truck for something I was already promised. I was four hours late getting the truck back and I had a $30 late fee PLUS an extra day which I find insulting after four vendor clerks did everything to make sure Uhaul looked good. I don't think I should have had to pay for the extra day considering the inconvenience of having to drive across town to pick up equipment I already paid to be with the truck in the first place and was told by someone at uhaul it would be there. Fuel right is not to blame those folks were awesome. I'm upset with uhaul.Cynthia R.

The truck was clean and looked nice; however, the exhaust pipe has been spliced together which made a terrible whistling noise because the splice crashes then spliced exhaust pipe broke in half creating a HORRIBLY LOUD roar from the exhaust to the point you couldn't hear the radio and carbon monoxide in the cab. This was for a 1,000 mile trip...miserable. Also, we drove in torrential rain and the tires were worn to the tread markers which was stressful. The oil required changing per the dash notice. The back door leaked terribly and in the back half of the truck all our belongings were soaked. This truck made for an extremely long trip. Disappointed and frustrated.Bruce M.

I never use anyone else in Claremore anymore. I will always use Fuel Rite on Holly Rd. The staff is friendly, helpfull, courteous, & knowledgeable.Anna P.
When I checked over the UHAUL there was a little less than 3/4 of a tank and I reported that to the staff. I was told it was fine, just fill it back to where I used it. I feel like Roadside Assistance should have automatically been covered by UHAUL. They should have roadside assistance automatically with their vehicle as a one time use for the customer. The UHAUL got stuck over no control of my own, and I was out 130.00 which was my grocery money for the month.Krystle F.

Credit card information was given when the reservation was made. However, the information was not communicated to the next day's staff member, so there was some confusion when the customer went to the store to get the reserved truck. Except for this miscommunication between store staff, the main takeaway (renting and returning the vehicle) was positive..STEVE H.

First time dropping off here. It was a little before 10:00 pm and I was concerned about having to do the 24/7 with the app. Even the store was closing in a few minutes the guy came out and helped me get the return cometed. I was so exhausted from loading/unloading.....it sure was nice to have a speedy carefree return. Thanks Fuel Right Guy!!!!Kenneth H.

There was only one person running the store and having to handle the U-Haul rentals, which I didn't have a problem with at first. But when it came time to hook up to the trailer I rented, that person had moved on to help a gentleman behind me in his pickup paperwork so my and my daughter were trying to load this trailer ourselves. After seeing our struggles, the worker and the man she was helping finally came out to help, and she showed us how to hook the chains up to make the trailer easier to lift. It was sitting right on the ground and not blocked up where you could even back up under it. I didn't realize I had the wrong ball on the back of the truck so we weren't able to hook up to it. I left and went home, put the right size ball on the truck and went back. This time my daughter and I loaded the trailer by ourselves and the person in the store never even came out to help us. Very nice lady and very nice store, but don't expect much assistance in loading.Toni M.
I think you should rethink the mileage allowed! I went pretty much direct from the rental store to my house and then to return and was over miles. . .that's not right! Should have enough allowed to cushion a move.Dorthy S.
I was charged twice for an extra day rental. I had paid for the extra day when I picked up in Olathe, KS. Even though I told the gentleman in Claremore, OK. I had paid for it already, he still charged me again. I would like to get my money back for this please.George P.
