Not at this time. Since COVID 19 you have to do the 24/7 approval. It was a slow process for me. I would rather have been able to pick up the keys from a person.Sandra P.
Ordered a 26 ft truck with three dozen blankets and an utility dolly. Got there and no blankets and no dolly. Girl working at home Fuel Express more interested in handling store customers than me. Talked with man on phone about items missing. He didn't seem to care about finding these items. He did refund my money. Called Uhaul about the problem. They weren't much help either. Said I could drive miles out of my way to get what I needed. They did find a location close, but no blankets or Dolly's at this location either. This is what happens when you rely on non-Uhaul branded locations to get your equipment. I have always had good luck with Uhaul in the past. This was the worst experience I have ever had.Robert S.

Return the truck Friday morning and they did not check it in all week and gave the keys to Rosetta and she said her system was down and she would fix it when it came up they never did I still have not received a phone calltye O.
When I dropped off the keys, I told the clerk at Fuel Express I was returning the truck. She looked in a camera to see where I parked it, told me thank you, and continued with a conversation. The next week I got a call from U-HAUL asking me when I was going to return the truck. I told them how things went, end of call. The next week I get a bill for turning the truck in late!Carlton C.
