This was a horrible experience. The store attendant could not speak english very well... As he was trying to help me with my reservation on his cell phone (this is a convenience store) he kept taking care of customers while I was having to wait to get my rental agreement finished.....Very poor service.... The windshiled of the truck was so dirty I had to clean it before I left. The gas tank was below a half a tank. Just a very poor experience.... I will never rent from UHAUL at no other place but a full service uhaul...I have used you for a long time but considering switching companies after this experience.

Robert SThey summited wrong information regarding the fuel and was charged for gas even though I put it back where it was I will not ever use this location again unless it is my last resort.
Robert BRepresentative was not present at pick-up and had talk with him over the phone. Fuel was not at proper return level and representative didn't do anything. Vehicle was dirty with food and trash in cab of truck.
Christine LEquipment was fine as always with UHaul. Check in was absolutely awful. Convenient store clerk was ill equipped to handle check in. App didn't want to take the picture of my DL. She was hopeless and kept wanting to stop and take C store customers despite my spending 20 minutes dealing with her & the app. Won't ever use this location again. By the way, just reserved another rental from 66th St location and it was seamless!!
George Bthe drop off was at my local convienince store which was good but I was not comfortable leaving the key or the truck in this unsecured location the store closes at 10 and the key box is on the outside of the store at the end of the building where the homeless like to sit, put the box inside the store at least
Kimberly RTruck was in clean healthy condition. But the process to actually obtain the truck took about 3 in a half hours because there was an e hold on my account and the gas station attendant and the uhaul rep on the phone were a little dumb founded how to fix everything. Then I sat on hold for an hour with the ehold people and the woman on the phone fix it in less than 2 min.. patience was the word of the day yesterday, besides that it was super easy.
devon wIt was a great experience. Cleaner truck, easier reservation process and drop off than expected. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.
