What company is only open till noon. I had a confirmed arrival for 10/27/23 with no mention of your operating hours. Very unprofessional.

The facility was nice; however, the staff was always so extremely friendly and helpful which really is the game changer for me. Would definitely use this facility again solely due to the onsite staff as well as the customer service team that I spoke to on the phone.

When I first came to Fort Knox Storage, greeted by Jaclyn I was greeted and all my questions were answered. Everything was explained and I was sure that we made the right choice using your storage unit.. you have the right person at your desk , friendly Informative and a true Lu welcoming person..

Unit was infested with mice.... many dead in boxes

Evidence of mice on my furniture. Water seeped into unit. Not happy with that.

Went to remove my belongings to find mouse droppings in almost every bag and corner. My clothes were wet and moldy.

The manager was very professional, polite, and thorough. It was a pleasure doing business with her and I would recommend others because of her.

3 lot raises from the time I arrived to the time I left in just a couple years. $55 for a patch of dirt that is covered in fallen sticks, thrown about gravel, debris, leaves, trash from the boat garage company next door. I started at $30 and finished at $55. Just excessive and disappointing.

It has been very frustrating that since this storage facility was bought out from it's previous owners, that we had several price increases in a short amount of time. The main reason we chose Fort Knox was that it was NOT OWNED & operated by the Uhaul monopoly. No thank you. We will not recommend, even though the facility was fine for what we needed.

I personally had a problem with opening the door. Too hard for an elderly woman to handle by herself. I don’t know if all or some other doors had the same issue. Office staff were easy to talk to.
