This is the worst location.! Truck had the side door handle broken,so I couldn't use that door ., drop off after hour is not possible.

There were cats sitting and walking around the building! I am allergic to cats!!! My truck I reserved was given out to another person. Upon my arrival a truck was not available for the time reserved for! After waiting an hour on the phone with customer service, I was able to get a van that the customer service representative in the store did not suggest that was available!!! I waited outside in the heat speaking with customer service on the phone due to the cats in the building!!! Was told by Ana that I would receive a $50 credit due to the fact that my original reservation was not honored!!! I’m still wasting the credit!!! The van was not cleaned when I picked it up!!!

Pulled in and waited for Direction. Two workers sat there and looked at me until I finally got out of the truck and started heading towards the office.

The manager is very very rude when dealing with someone due to tricks I will never use this location again the miles was not correct but I was never told I had to take a picture of miles no one went over rules or looked over the truck poor poor service

Very bad experience in that place, not recommended at all. They charged me for gas, when they delivered the U-Haul with less than half a 1/4 tank and they charged me $119 for leaving the truck in another U-Haul that was 3 streets away because his store was closed

I rented a van for $19.xx per day at 3:pm went to return it at 5:05 and the man closing the gate refused to let me in. The store management took a deposit of $79.xx . I went back the following day at 10:am and they wanted to charge an additional day. For less than 24 hours they charged me $103.xx dollars. I think it is abusive.

I turned in my U-Haul rental on time and for some reason they called me Wednesday axing where is the equipment and I had went up there that same day. Ask him about a charge on my debit card and they they didn’t have it all together then she talk to the other woman and they see I turned it in then they had to go back in the system they said, and they post to Craig Mack account back the money that was charge for the additional days so I will not be renting at that location ever again and less extreme emergency

Verify vehicles before pick up. The truck I got was in bad shape. No A/C, headlight were out (couldn’t drive it at night) and I had to put air in one tire every single morning.

This location was the only location with a 26 foot truck. My reservation kept getting changed. On day of pickup I had to travel too three different locations. Wasted a lot of time I could of used for moving. Also the truck reeped of Marijuana smoke.

The guy had an attitude problem and the lady inside was decent. I needed my car to be unhooked completely and it felt like I was asking for too much. I get that there are certain policies in place but the level of professionalism needs to be there too.

The representative failed to tell me the tow dolly was broken, sent me to another Uhal location which that two dolly there was already reserved by another customer than I had to go to a 3rd uhal center which the man did not tie up the car correct and from an 8 hour trip turned into a 15 hour trip.

The lady at the counter was awesome; super friendly and efficient. The guy that did the hookup was beyond rude. Besides being rude, he didn’t even check to make sure the lights were working the trailer. It was clear that all he wanted was for me to leave and stop bothering him.

I paid a week in advance to have my trailer available at 9 AM not available customer service cannot help me I had a hunt down calling different places throughout the entire day until around 2 o’clock in the afternoon I found one but not with your help. I paid in advance and I had a reservation and I still didn’t get my trailer on time.

The back of the truck was very dirty. We had to clean it. We supposed to return the truck by 8 pm. This place closed at 5 pm or so. The gate was locked so there was no way to return the truck. We had to go extra miles and go back in the morning to return it.
