Trevor M.I rent the trailer on Saturday at4 pm i was told i had to bring it back on monday cause they where closed on Sunday and that i won't be charged for an extra day, guess what? When i bring it back Monday around 3:30 pm the women there told me i was supposed to bring it back in the morning ! Which i work in the morning and i was never told to do so and neither was on the contract... and morning i work so there's no way i could bring it back in the morning . Terrible service

Ismael F.Vehicle was not cleaned like I was told. Not sanitized, wiped down, and some garage under the seats. Rental truck had a water leak whenever it rained-running down the seat belt.

Also please improve the UI functionality for your systems Your associates were having trouble maneuvering so I had to lend a hand, and I see why. Its terrible. One woman was extremely helpful, she seems to be the person usually there. But the day I went I got another 1 that was clueless and cancelled my reservation on accident.

Jeff M.First of all, adjust the wording on the self serve check in. It states you can turn your equipment in anytime without standing in line. Well, Frye's has a gate that is locked thus making turn-in “anytime†very misleading and frustrating. You have to turn in your equipment when they are open which if turn in anytime means during business hours that is a no-brainer and a misleading play on words. In my case it lead to a drive across town for nothing, just to return a second time for my next complaint. At Frye's, they were a little busy so I told 3 employees that I will just use the self check-in process because I had wasted enough time this morning already. Everyone of them said it was not an option at their site. So told them that U-Haul says it is and I proceeded to do the self check-in. I asked one of them to come out with me to verify it was clean and there was no damage. I conducted the self check-in and walked back into the store just to provide a teachable moment. The look of amazement and disbelief was epic. The main computer didn't show the check-in, the iPad was malfunctioning, but the phone one of the guys was using did. I would recommend all sites be prevy to the innovations U-Haul has instituted. In summary, either cleanup the verbiage used to convenience customers of the convenience of turning in equipment or add a note for customers to call the turn-in location to confirm hours and available of the turn in lot. Lastly, ensure everyone is aware of company/corporate changes. It helps promote the brand positively vice leaving customers to perceive incompetence at sites. Thanks for hearing me out, Brian Harvey

Kendra B.You guys sent me to a location that wasn't open for business till monday(2nd of June). I spent 2.5 hours on the phone and getting hung up on just to set another drop off location(opa locka). I wasted gas driving to a location that was 25 miles away from my house just to be told they aren't open for business until Monday. I almost got charged extra for returning an hour before my due time thanks to your customer service representatives being so unprofessional and unhelpful. I spent 40 minutes alone on hold on one of the phone calls and another 35 on second and lost track of the third. Ridiculous.
Jancarlo C.Ordered a 26ft truck instead of a 20ft I was promised the truck would be there, Uber over.when opening truck available, I was told I must go to Another location 20 miles away, had to get another Uber got the truck 2 hours later, he asked if I wanted insurance I said no my insurance covered it, but he still accidentally charged me, had to call Uhaul still have received the $28 back and the $50 inconvenience credit yet. I go to start packing and not dollies I'm the truck that I ordered. Terrible service at pick up But the truck was good and the drop off location was very nice.

TAIMY S.I came from Georgia to assist my Elderly mother in packing up her house and moving. I had to make two trips from Georgia due to the Van not operating appropriately. I was only able to make one trip based on this fact, however, aiA was still charged for 2 days and could not retrurn the truck because everyone left early on Friday. this was an unnecessary cost and time.
