Communicate that the facility is a gated self-storage facility that requires code access to enter. Was a massive headache to gain entrance and return the truck.

Nobody was there. Called the number in my contract and the one on the sign at the facility. Nobody even bothered to call me back. It was 103 out. Just moved all my stuff up to the 3rd floor was very hot and tired. Then I was on the phone to U-Haul for about 30 minutes out in the heat trying to figure out what I should do. U-Haul should pull there contract with this facility

There was a security gate when I got there, I had not received any information about the code. Took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone.

The lady that helped me was ok. The system they had to enter my info wouldn't work. She didn't know how to hook up the trailer but I did. The lights were not all working. The trailer has been well used. Returning the trailer was the biggest headache I have ever had and would rather buy a trailer then ever have to go to the Uhaul trouble we had. From renting/contract from one store, picking up from another and they wanted me to return it to another store witch I will tell everyone I know to never go to. It was just not worth it..... the bad part was we had to call the Uhaul 1800 number to get some one to help us out and communicate between thee Uhaul stores all with in two miles from each other just to return it and they were the nicest.

I have nothing against fryers creek... my issue is with the way my uhaul rental/return was handled. I picked up my uhaul at 5 30 pm and used it for my 4 hour alloted time. I tried to return it but the storage fascility was closed. I called uhaul customer service and they extended my rental until 3 pm the following day and they were closed on Wednesdays... I burned 20 dollars in gas running back and forth trying to return the trailer to the right spot so I wouldnt get charged a fee, not to mention the hours I wasted. I tried to return it across the street at an actual uhaul rental gascility and they couldnt help. I called myself and fixed it. So no I do not recommend uhaul anymore.
