ANDREA CManager on Duty went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me close to the price I was quoted online. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told it was going to be $1000 more than what I was quoted online. She wasn't standing for that and got right one the phone to remedy this issue. She could tell I was panicking bad and helped calm me down and everything. I couldn't have asked for better help!

PATRICK WLady who made reservation quoted $47 for 10 ft truck for two days. When I picked up the truck Saturday the guy refilled every piece Iof information I had given the lady including credit card. Then the contract price was $95! I asked why. He said I opted for insurance which I had not done. I felt like I was talking to a brick and needed the truck so accepted it. Will never return to this location or use U-Haul again. Horrible experience and felt I was gouged.
Kenneth BLet customers know that the after hours drop box may be locked and that they'll have to return key when store is open OR have the box unlocked so anyone can return key after hours and not have to come back. And the online drop off was still difficult to use.
Rose MDo not charge the customer for 2 extra days because you're closed when the equipment is due. Even when the equipment is returned on time.

gregory pThe keys got locked in your truck before I was ever able to leave the pickup location. I had started the vehicle and pulled up to load the storage bins from my personal vehicle into the back of your truck. The door was slightly open and the wind blew it shut. This locked the keys inside. The guys at Frontier feed were very nice. They called customer service and were told that I would have to wait for someone to come unlock it. They asked if I could just switch my rental to a pull behind trailer and they said I could do a separate reservation for that but would have to pay for both rentals…. I was never able to leave!??? So I had to wait for almost an hr to get a service rep there. He was also nice. The fact that I as a customer was treated so poorly by your customer service makes me never want to use y'all again. I run a non profit that provides furniture and other needed items to foster and adoptive kids as well as families who have cps cases. We were moving our two storage units that day into our foster closets new home. Because of the delay of getting the trailer we were put behind and lost some of our help early. Please treat the next customers better than you did us. Again frontier feed employees were very helpful your rep was not

Julio HWe were charged insurance after we declined it. When I called the lady was extremely rude and told me she couldn't change it and that she didn't have the uhaul number for me to call. After being on hod with uhaul for over 30 minutes she called me back and said her rep was reversing the payment but ended up still being charged the full amount.
