Had some dryed up spilt drink on the consoule area where cups go but the truck did what we needed from my van breaking down in Sikeston MO and got us and the van to Ft Worth TX towing the van. Very pleased for the 2nd time! Do not want to have to use again, but will if needed in break down again!richey R.

Third time in last 6 months I have picked up at this location. The gentleman who runs in will go out of his way to accommodate any time for convenience to me. He is a gem in customer serviceDavid C.
Need to remove the GPS requirement in the app. Both sites had an issue locating me. I had to find a person to check me in. If they were closed, we would have not been able to pick up the ruck.Joseph H.

Have the district manager exercise some common sense when attempting to do his job or consult with someone who can.. He changed a truck I secured that was available without contacting or consulting me. I had to use a smaller truck and it took two loads that could've been done in one. (Nothing like generating more revenue..??) I got caught in one helluva storm due to this bungle and had to pull off the road for cover to ride it out. . I have spent thousands over the years using U-Haul and have done enough business to have a corporate account. I can assure you ,it wont happen again. The local U-Haul representative in Morehouse,Mo.did an excellent job of making sure everything was in order. Maybe the District manager could take some pointers...WILLIAM D.

The facility should be neat and clean. If a customer schedules a pick up in a specific location. That location shouldn't be changed. I had to travel 6 miles outside of town and 6 miles back only to be charge for a location that I didn't request. The guy at the facility was friendly and professional. Let the customer know the exact price with no surprises. I'm thinking 29.99 and ended up paying 102 for 24 hours. Customer service was able to resolve my concern.Levar B.

I drop the truck off about 9:30am, I put the keys in the lock box and I noticed, I accidentally lock my purse in the truck. So my husband and I, frantically get on our phones trying to reach someone. Finally he reached someone at Uhaul and explains to her what happened. She takes the report and said they'll be open by noon. Since we only live around the corner and have two more hours before they open, we go home. We go back about 12:05, maybe 12:10pm. I'm explaining to the manager I left my purse. He says, I got it, it's inside but continues to walk out the door. Instead of him turning around and going back in, after he says, I have your purse in my office, he says give me a minute. Because I was trying to go in the office and wait for him but he told me to wait outside. He went into one of the lock boxes, taking about five mins or more, standing there talking, then goes in the office and gets my purse. After he gave me my purse, I'm walking out the door to my car, and I'm checking my purse to see was my money still there, lord and behold, it's gone. I didn't expect that coming from U-Haul. I've dealt with U-Haul for YERS and has never had a problem, not one. Until I had to go to an independent contractor because the nearest U-Haul locations had no 10 foot. My money was our biggest concern; hoping no one see the purse, break the window and take my purse. But it wasn't a random person who took my money, it was U-Haul employee. Anyways, after I notice my money was gone, I go back in and says to him, someone took my money. He said I got the purse out of the truck, but it wasn't me. Well who was it, the money doesn't have feet. So I'm standing there in confusion and upset and what does he do. He sits there and says, how much was it. Then goes speechless, on his phone, expressing no concern what so ever. No apologies, nothing, face just blank and full of guilt. My whole demeanor changed and it took everything in me to keep my cool. I relocated from Illinois to Missouri to get a sense of peace and this is what I get on my first day.Lenora H.

I arrived at this location at 8 am to pickup my reserved truck. Your GPS would not let me finish my pickup on my phone because it said I was 6 miles away from the location. I had to call in because the company was not open at the time. They were actually late getting there putting me almost 45 minutes late picking up the truck. Then we get the truck home and open it up and it is full of broken glass, dirt and metal rods. So we had to clean it before we can use it. I do have photos. That put us behind even more. Then I take it back 45 mins early and. I tell the owner of the business that thw truck was not clean in the box part. He doesn't offer an apology or nothing! Says its your place to fix my bad experience. Proceeds to charge me the full price of 93.17 only to find out you had pre authorized my card for 107.72. Leaving me with only 44.00 till that charge falls off!!! I was never told a hold would be put on my card!!. This was my first Uhaul rental and I thought it would make my life easier when all it did was add stress to an already stressful day!!! There should be plenty of notes from my numerous calls!! Ugh!! Stop charging people 1.19 per mile to use your trucks. That's insane. You have good rental rates and charging 1.19 per mile makes you look like a******s. You also charge $4 for gas when the National average is much lower. Again, makes y'all look like d********s. This is for the company not the pickup location, they were great.Christopher P.

Was supposed to be opened when I dropped off my uhaul but was actually closed. Tried to return my uhaul via uhauls website and it gave me an error when trying to share my location (was server side). Gave me an option to call customer service and the woman on the phone gave me the basic "you need to restart your phone" bull shit. I kept telling her I didn't which was true.. I've worked in the tech industry for almost a decade now. I then used the live chat and was given the regional managers phone number and she took care of it for me. Would've been nice if the first lady I talked to would have did what the regional manager did and just put a comment in my file and call the guy at the drop off location to finish up my drop off...Gregory S.
