The overall experience with U-Haul was very positive. The truck was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and it was very clean. The move went very smoothly and I was able to return the truck on the same day. The only negative experience I had was when I went to returned the truck. It was after hours and I had a difficult time logging into the return website. I had to repeat the process at least three times before it went through. Other than that, everything went better than expected.

Truck had very loud and continuous noise from engine compartment. Clerk said U-Haul said it is OK to drive, but I think it should be repaired. Front-end play was too much for comfortable driving on the highway. Truck reservation was changed by U-Haul from Madison to Monroe, requiring extra travel of at least 30 miles and well over an hour of added time for me to return to Madison for load pickup. Overall, U-Haul management of booking and poor quality of truck result in my decision not to use U-Haul for rental in the future.

They changed my drop off location from what I had picked online. Took me out of my way.

Reservation was changed from 8am to 9am without asking me. I changed it back, and then it was changed again without asking me. Got a call from Uhaul saying location did not offer 24 hour pick up and "they hope it's ok" that they changed the reservation up an hour. Tried calling back and couldn't reach anyone. Got there an hour later than I wanted and truck did not have dolly inside of it, which meant I had to go inside (defeating the purpose of mobile check in) and ask for the dolly. Truck sounded HORRIBLE. When you pressed the breaks it squelled so bad it that you could hear it 100 feet away. Truck was not cleaned or sanitized because there was a pair of glasses in the cup holder and trash in the floor. Not a good experience.

I ordered a furniture and a utility dolly. Neither where in the truck and the location was closed when I picked up my truck so there was no way to obtain them or get someone to credit my account. I called U-Haul to report it but it was not confirmed that the charges would be removed.

The customer service was great. Very nice people . The lot was pretty muddy but then again it has rained in our area none stop for days so that is probably pretty unavoidable. They were very helpful and nice people.

i was told by two separate employees to return the trailer anytime on Sunday and the charge would be for a two day rental. either U haul doesn't properly train their employees or ya'll are a company set up to miss lead customers so you can have a higher profit margin. My wife owns a Veterinary Practice and I have owned a construction company since 1990, if we were to miss lead our customers like ya'll have us we would both not have any customers. very disappointed with U haul and Frog pawn treatment.

I was told my total would be under 100$ I just got another charge today for 86$ It'd be awesome if you guys could tell me why and or not charge me for no reason. Also I was supposed to have the truck back at 3:00 pm I was 10 minutes late and was still charged. That's not great business. I will probably just go elsewhere to rent a truck next time.

Horrible experience. Pickup was 45 minutes away from where I was promised, they had no payment method on file despite my providing it 3 different times, and every person I dealt with seemed confused and told me something new.

I requested an appliance hand-truck, but there wasn't any available. I would suggest having enough to go around if needed. Renting one would have been a great help to me. ;) Overall I would highly recommend Frogs to anyone!

The Location was perfect and everything started fine. The truck had a severe oil leak which left me stranded and poured oil all over my driveway. I returned the truck early, after hours. I also had to put $20.00 worth of oil in it to get it back to the location. I would like to speak to someone about a refund but cannot get through on the customer service line.

They gave away my hand trucks to another customer that I already reserved and paid for when I rented the truck. If he hadn't stopped waiting on me and finished. I would have gotten my hand trucks but instead he gave them to a lady. Then told me it was u-hauls fault. For not giving them more hand trucks.

The 6x12 trailer I used was great. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is this trailer and another one they had did not have the jack to crank the tongue up and down off the ball of my hitch. I am older and this was enough of a strain to cause back injury. Other than that, the condition of the trailer, tires and tow were great.

I would not recommend this particular location to anyone! They double charged me, never went over any of the contract info. And I end up paying triple the amount, when I was told that because I used fewer mileage than expected I would get a refund. Total lie! When I turned the vehicle in less than two hours after renting it, no one walked the vehicle over with me. I was told to just leave the keys on the counter top. And because of that they felt they could charge my card again that they had on file what they wanted!
