The furniture dolly was missing, which caused us to have to find other people to help us move heavy items. Uhaul has yet to remove the charge for the dolly rental.

This was supposed to be a contactless pick-up, but the truck was not ready when we arrived. They didn't have the correct dolly, so the whole reservation had to be re-started,and the pads weren't in the truck. The office was small, and none of the men working there was wearing a mask, although the man who was helping me put one on when I said that I was not comfortable going inside the office. A contactless pick-up should be just that - ready to go with no or minimal contact.

I had selected this location due to the ability to complete the rental as a "mobile pick up" via the app to make this a contactless transaction (trying to maintain physical distancing as a precaution). However, I had to go inside to retrieve the key, which prevented this from being a contactless rental. If you offer "mobile pick up," please ensure that the transaction can be completed without the customer needing to come inside. Thank you!

Don't advertise that the rental is $29.99. We rented a truck and yes, that was $29.99 but after gas mileage and $14 insurance our total was over $127.88. It was still a good value but way more than you think you're going to pay going into it.

Great, quick, friendly service! I did drop back off a 1/2 hour before closing and got a text the next day from uhaul saying it hadn't been dropped off yet. All was fine! I didn't get any extra charges or anything. But I thought you might want to know that that can be stressful for the customer if it doesn't get logged in the day of that a truck is returned. Thanks!

Terrible pick-up experience using U-Haul mobile app. Very slow verification process, incorrect lockbox code which led to a truck switch because thankfully the other lockbox was not locked and a truck key was inside...not the truck I had rented plus the tank was on empty.

Called UHaul to regarding drop off after hours. They stated we could drop off Sunday night and call Frosel in the morning. We did this. No one answered at Froesel, left message with no call back. Two days later got phone call/text from UHaul asking where our the truck was. When called to inform we followed instructions, was scolded that we did not do online check out process. We were not instructed to do this when we called UHaul to ask if we could drop off at Froesel. Very unpleasant and messy experience.

I returned it on time but got a call the next day while at work. The first thing that was said was, “You DIDN'T return the truck!” Ummmmmm....yes, I did earlier than I was told to. Apparently someone had to move the 10 ft truck after I returned it so another truck could fit into the same space. I just didn't appreciate the accusatory phone call. I even put more gas in than I used. Ughhh. I've always been a good customer over many years and a number of states but this is how I was treated.

I may have missed it, but I did not see instructions/location for key return when using the app return method. I did however find key drop box. I paid $10 for the use of 12 moving pads. There was only 5 on the truck. Great experience overall.

Clean the cab a little better. Cab was a little messy and dusty/dirty. Wiped down & vacuumed would be my suggestion. Items were left in there from a previous renter. But The guy helping me out to rent truck was great! I'd rent there again because of him.

The people were very nice and helpful. I have lived in Brentwood for 20 years but only noticed recently that this place had U-Hauls. I wish that I would have known sooner - especially when our kids needed to rent U-Hauls weekly for their drum corp. (Used Hampton location, but this is soooo much closer.) Just didn't see the signs, as the trucks sit back off the street. Thank you! Will use again!

I had to wait to pick up the vehicle. When I opened it the first time, A few bugs fell from the door. I don't have the best vision, but I didn't think much of it. Once we finished loading the vehicle I noticed more bugs, but again assumed it was part of a vehicle staying outside. When the job was completed I walked towards the back and multiple infestations of cockroaches. Pictures were taken as well of where the roaches were. I am concerned there are roaches in my items now.

Despite having used uhaul in the past, I will never use them again. I showed up to the location, which had virtually no customer parking because their trucks were haphazardly parked everywhere. It wasn't clear where the customer entrance was, and there was only one person working. At times he asked others for help, but they refused or worse, repeatedly interrupted him as he tried to help me. I had reserved 2 dozen pads- the location had no pads available. They directed me to another location 10 miles away with no further instructions. When returning the pads, I returned them to the location where I picked them up. I received no instructions from any personnel on how to return the pads, and when I called uhaul, no one answered the phone. Now I'm being charged for the pads because they're "missing," even though I returned them to the location at which I received them. Corporate customer service was no help. I was told that I needed to call the location at which I returned them, convince them that I had returned them, then ask them to call the first location and get the charges reversed. Moving is stressful enough without Uhaul making it more complicated at every single point of interaction. Never again.
