The guy and the facility was good, but having to change locations mid move wasn’t a good experience as it changed a lot of our plans. Also I was unable to complete the transaction on the app because there was poor cellular service at this location, so again WiFi for customers would help the experience.

Have a representative for U-HAUL actually at the pick up location, instead of a note on the door. Also, there was no handle on the pull down door of the trailer.

The only complaint I have is about the truck that I had the battery died and I had to jump it four times to finish the task I needed to complete. The people at Friendly storage in Owings Maryland worked really hard to make sure I had an excellent experience I truly can't express how great they are in writing.

Pat CI never seen such horrible customer service in my life. We spent 3 hours driving and 2 hours loading the truck, and when we arrived at this location, the personnel was rude to us. We have been looking for a place to drop off the truck. When we got to this destination, we got to the office at 11:50AM, and there was a customer ahead of us. The personnel was extremely rude by stating that they were going to close at 12. After constantly insisting, she finally took the keys to the truck. I have never been treated in such a disgusting manner in my life. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE.

jon pThis place was very unprofessional. I was told i can change something with the rental and i couldn't. I called to ask questions and the woman was very rude and told me to call uhaul. So i called uhaul to be told to call the place i got the truck from. So i called again to be told that i should have called uhaul to take care of it and why didnt i call, after i explained i did. I was told she was going to call and here we are 3 days later and no response. Not only that but the truck needs MAJOR maintenance. The align was bad and the down shift would juke. And waiting.......

darryl sCustomer service at the site was excellent, the truck was well maintained. I will never use U-Haul again, nor will I recommend U-Haul to a friend. The truck I received was smaller than what I ordered. This significantly impacted my move, nearly doubled my overall cost, and time to move, pushing out my schedule and impacting my movers and my family. I am furious that U-Haul found it acceptable to provide a lesser product than what was ordered, with insufficient notice to utilize another provider. I would dissuade anyone I know from doing business with a company that finds this to be an acceptable practice.
