The location was a bit difficult to find as there are very few signs indicating it's a UHAUL facility and the lot itself was mostly unpaved. That said, the staff were extremely professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Hurricane Helene had recently passed through and internet and phone services were sporadic. The on site manager went over and above to accommodate us even though her system was not operating. My wife and I were not well versed in how to hook up this trailer to our vehicle but, there was a gentleman on site who kindly showed us and helped us get the trailer properly attached. Kudos to the entire staff for a job well done!

Dennis WThe day I rented the truck @ Friendly Auto Gallery in Toccoa,GA, i was not sure what return location was closest to my sister's home, the representative in Toccoa "said I could call U-Haul & let Uhaul know what return location that was closest to my sisters home. When I call U-Haul customer service, I was told I could extend my return date, but not the return location. I am not pleased with U-Haul's customer service. If I move again, I will rent from Budget.
Pandora CThis location overcharged us on mileage. We only drove 26 miles ($20) but they charged us for 59 miles ($46). Trusted them when they said they'd write down the mileage. If you rent from them, make sure you are with them when they write your final mileage because they will lie and over charge
Brett wMy order was actually screwed up. I went there to book for a one way use but they booked it for an intown use. I even made small talk with the clerk and asked where I needed to drop it off in my hometown. I didn't realize the mistake with the booking till I called Uhaul to drop it off. The next day I had to call Uhaul again to correct the mistake, which they did and financially favored me, which I'm thankful for. Other than that, the experience was positive.
Lance ONo one was even at the location until 45 minutes after their posted opening time. Truck had no gas in it and then I get told I'm going to get charged $30 if I bring it back with less than 1/4 tank so you're welcome for the free gas. Uhaul customer service reserved two different trucks in two different towns at two different times when I was very clear with them over the phone about what I needed. The whole operation is a mess.
John YAll employees there didn't know how to rent out equipment. Had to wait 30 minutes for other employees to get there. Building is full of garbage and overall run down. Place trailers and trucks are park look like a junkyard. Owner lied to me stating I could return before noon of next day with no extra charge. Called uhaul and found out I had to pay extra 20 if I did that. Extremely dissatisfied.
