Should have been able to drop off in Apache Junction where we unloaded trailer. Drop off location did not have a clue that we were dropping it off there. They were not notified we were dropping it.NADINE C.

The inside of the truck was wet. I had to make a stop for towels to dry the floor, ceiling, and walls. I paid for a dolly and furniture pads , but they were not in the truck. Check in and check out is a marathon on the phone in the parking lot.Stephen S.

Absolutely horrendous. Enclosed trailer was not only muddy, caked, and filthy on the inside, but was also on the outside. And to top it all off the guy hooked it up, and never told me NONE of the lights worked! I got pulled over and given a warning! If anything I'd say they stole $100 from me for the hassle they caused me. Very upset and disappointed. I'd ask for a refund but so have no idea how!!!Justin S.

Parking was difficult to get in and out of. Staff was Very friendly. Unfortunately U-Haul Equipment broke in mid travel. Very inconvenient and physically strenuous but made it safe.YOLANDA W.

Original call (the day before dropoff) to give me the drop off location - said they would text me the address (I was driving and couldn't write it down) - the text never came. I called back the next day and was told to return it to an address. I checked in there before dropping the trailer and asked where they wanted it. After dropping it exactly where they told me, they told me I needed to hook it back up and take it across the parking lot to a different location. After towing 1600 miles, I wasn't very enthusiastic. A manager intervened, and did the right thing by telling me to just leave it, he would get it taken care of one way or another. Good for him! Much appreciated! Without him, it would have been a total fail.ERIC B.

We ordered an appliance dolley and when we picked up the truck it only had a utility dolley. I called to complain on my moving day where I had hired helpers they wanted me to go all the way back to get the dolley. I told Becky to remove it from my bill that I didn't have the time for that. When I returned the truck it was still on the bill and I paid for dolley we didn't get.Kenneth M.

The interior of the truck was dirty and there was something smeared on the side of the truck inside. There was a deep funk as well, possibly related to the smear inside.Jonathan C.

It appeared well maintained except that a worker had to get two safety chain hook rubber retainers from another trailer because the ones that were supposed to be on the trailer I rented were not present. There were a few small items in the trailer when I rented it. A couple of screws, a wire, a few small rocks. Not a problem for what I was trying to do but it was rented to me "not clean" so after my 1.5 hour rental in which all I moved was one refrigerator about 2 miles, I returned it in the condition in which I received it. The yard man was helpful in attaching the trailer and placing it back in its parking place when I returned.robert P.

They had me waiting for several Minutes before even acknowledging me . They obviously did not do a maintenance check because halfway into my trip from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a blow out with my 3 year old son in the truck with me . Had to sit on the side of the highway at 3 am for 45 minutes. When the guy came to replace tire he noticed the other tire was bald . So he kindly replaced that tire as well. Could had been way worse if both tires went.Lacey R.

It started off wrong, I was supposed to pick up the truck at 6 AM. And all the sudden it would not allow me to, then I called the 1800 number and they said they would give me a 50 dollar credit and that did not happen. I also had to come back at 8 Am to pick the truck up. When we came back it seems as it took forever for me to get the truck and then they did not have the appliance dolly that I had ordered so we had to go to a different store to get the dolly and finally we were able to pack the truck. We wanted to start as early as possible due to us being in Arizona and it gets extremely hot. I am extremely disappointed in UHaul and how everything was handled.Devighn K.

The truck was a disaster. Trash and food everywhere. Also, I rented my truck for 7a and sat waiting in an online chat for 30+ minutes to get my truck. Prior to that, I had to enter the driver's license number, personal info, etc. before the rental. If I am doing an online request for a truck, why can't I have had this completed at the rental time? stupid process and wasted my time. At the end of all of it, it wanted to charge me a cleaning fee which was hidden as a tiny box to contest it due to prior trash.Kyle S.

Picking up procedure is very confusing. Drivers should be informed of need to have 2 contacts ready to respond before picking up vehicle. Customer service representative was very nice and helpful.Neeraj C.
