Theo MetcalfeUpdate the 24/7 ride share. If the business is closed, make sure business are open to retrieve keys. Reserved a 15’ truck and couldn’t get access to truck do to the business being closed. Was told to either take a smaller truck to be charged again to change locations.
Jordan SCHOOLEYDidn't quite seem like the place to drop off a rental truck and when I did they were very surprised. Again, got it sorted but just seems like very poor communication on the part of U-Haul. I do not blame this location, or the people, just U-Haul.
Maxwell IrwinI had to wait a half hour for someone to get to the office so I could pick up the truck. When he arrived, he sat in his vehicle for a few before coming into the office. Very unprofessional.

JOHANNA PIPESStaff was super friendly and helpful. Cargo van was very functional. Tough for me to get too excited about a cargo van though. A little more noticeable signage along Harrisburg Pike would have been helpful to know that this address was a UHaul location would have been helpful. It was nice to be able to return the van after hours and get an immediate notice of the amount.

STEVEN RUSTThis is the second time that I’ve used U-Haul, last time I use them my truck was rented out to someone else so we had to go to another location, and this time I use them, the first location that I chose, when we went up there to get the truck they had closed early and again we had to find another location
MICHAEL SANDEFURDrop off locations need to be more accommodating to customer. I do not like all of the photos needing taken at the time the vehicle is returned.

TAMMY KINGThey're not a hub. I guess I got lucky in that they had what I needed in a trailer but had no furniture blankets. It was fast and convenient to reserve through the app. They didn't have all the supplies I needed, like moving blankets. Looks like I got charged anyway

HECTOR VAZQUEZ GONZALEZEliminate your affiliation with the Sunoco on US62 at Orders road. I've had two very poor U-Haul experiences there. I promise there will not be a third.
CHRISTOPHER HURLEYThe only issue I had was they didn't carry any materials and I had purchased a mattress cover. We had to go to the original location on Georgesville Road to get that.
GREGORY FLOODThe mobile pick up is a pain. My vehicle wasn't available as reserved, so I was redirected to a location that was closed on the weekend and required mobile pickup. There is no way to hold uhaul responsible for problems at pickup or drop off. In spite on the missing equipment and low fuel gage at pickup, and the 50 minute phone call to report it, we were still charged extra at drop off. I did dispute the charges with uhaul at drop off, but never received a response.
Elizabeth EnganI had some trouble getting the door open. It seems that it had been awhile since it had been used and the door was a bit rusty. Maybe some WD40 or some silicone spray might help but once I ran it up And down a few times it became much easier. The trailer tracked perfectly and I had no trouble at all with the way it pulled. The attendant at the shop was plasent and efficient. I would not mind leasing from that location again
PAMELA ONEYThe truck I rented was absolutely filthy on the inside. I was also overcharged for my rental. I’ll definitely look into another truck company if I need one in the future. Extremely disappointed.

LESLIE QUATTROCCHIThe Truck I rented had an air conditioner issue, undiscovered until I was driving on my trip. It would kick off on hills then come back on after the engine wasnt under the load from going up hill. quite an inconvenience driving from Ohio to West Virginia

richard dentInformed them upfront on fees. Clarify and make sure the customer understands his/her contract and if they are picking up and dropping off at the same location. What's the sense in driving an empty truck back to Newark when my final destination is Columbus. Your service is terrible, and this entire experience is nothing but a nightmare.
