I had to settle for a trailer instead of a 14’ truck. Tried to make arrangements over a month ago but both locations were not able to secure what I needed. Should be a better networking for ALL Uhaul locations

Software is outdated, slow and very difficult to operate. Booked a cargo enclosed trailer got a landscaping trailer No allowance for being more than 30 minutes late even though it took over an hour to get the paperwork done Never satisfied my need for a enclosed To late to go to the next town

Will never use uhaul again. I called the day before my booking to confirm my truck and pick up, to only have a ridiculous amount of problem the following day. Not at all impressed. The only good part of my order was the very kind man that helped at the store I pickup from

The drop off and pick up sites were great to work with. The process of picking up and dropping off were a pain. The pick up site was changed and we were able to work around that but the drop off was changed 3 times. No email was sent to inform me of the last change so we showed up at the wrong site. Ended up being late to the next site and was charged an extra day rental. Not impressed with the mix up or the extra charge!

This trailer did not have a license plate and only a piece of paper that said "Alabama temporary license" taped to it. I would think that a license plate is required.
