They were closed when we dropped off on Sunday. They had a locked gate and yard, which we couldn’t access, so we left it in their parking area, which was very small. Someone else had already dropped off a auto transport, so there was barely room for us to leave ours. No idea what I would have done of that was the case. Need better customer instructions on what to do for after hours drop off.

Unable to return a trailer after 2 pm on Saturday & Sunday due to being close during those hours & days are unacceptable to me. I don’t blame Fred Auto Clinic, I blame U-Haul for not seeing the dates I needed was during the weekend, why would U-HAUL schedule my pick up & drop w/ Fred Auto Clinic, If doesn’t make any sense As far as Fred Auto Clinic, they were very polite & helpful & understood the situation.

this location was fine. The workers there helped me very well. I had a reservation at another location and the equipment wasn't there at the guaranteed time. Online it showed a 2nd location with the truck available, but they didn't have one either. Finally customer service was able to help and find a truck booked at this listed location.

Would much rather preferred to drop off at an actual official looking u haul dealership. Place looked very sucspious especially when I received conflicting text messages telling me to drop off in a different location,but my paperwork telling me to drop off at this location.

I was in a hurry when I picked up my enclosed trailer and didn't realize that I was being charged $32 for Safe Tow insurance. Also, the trailer leaked around the door getting some of my possessions wet while driving through rain. I would like a refund for the insurance charge. My car insurance covers towing a trailer. I would have never agreed to purchase Uhaul's policy.

Make sure your dealer is open for pick-up of truck. Told he was out of town and was always closed on Saturday. Had to call your customer service and make 2 trips which delayed loading for almost 3 hrs. These movers were on the clock and needless to say I was furious. Delay of travel time for 12 hrs? Was promised 1 month free storage with no avaliable storage in immediate area.

The location is an old auto repair facility. However, the personnel at the location were very friendly and helpful. I use U-Haul all of the time. However, my experience during this rental is likely to impact that in the future. I rented a trailer to move my son to college. i planned to bring the trailer back to the original location. However, during the weekend, heavy rains and flooding occurred between Houston and Austin so i contacted U-haul customer service to see about dropping the trailer in Austin (instead of bringing it back to Houston). The initial customer service representative was very helpful and understanding. However, once she transferred me to the scheduling department, I was dealing with rude, unhelpful and honestly ignorant people. I even explained why i was trying to avoid the danger (avoid an accident) and i was told that if i had an accident, i could call their roadside assistance. I ended up bringing the trailer back but this really impacted how i view U-haul. I will think twice before using them again.

I have Mr. J Turcottes phone number and am going to call him, he will probably not believe what happened. One of the worst and scariest experiences of mine and my wifes life and I am 75 years old and have had a whole lot of experiences.

I booked my reservation at one location but was sent an email that I had to pick it up at another location. When I arrived at that location, they didn't have a truck available. I was then sent to yet another location. U haul need to address this issue. This cost me 2 1/2 hours.

This location was not the i had trouble with,this location gave me another contract which made me spend more?? Lots of bad communication with other stores

After multiple calls being told I could not rent a 10 ft to go one way, this location was able to assist me with getting one. When questioned about contracted was spoken to like I was stupid (do you hear me). Was given a receipt only for how much was given for truck and mileage, no further paper work was given, Person in Vivian called (Monday) asking for further paperwork which we never received.

Changed pick up location and day with no warning. Told agreed location didn't have trailer I needed but only told day before agreed day. Also paid for receiver and ball and new location did not have one. Had to run to Auto Zone to get one before new place closed at 5pm. Try notifying people earlier before turning plans upside down. Not happy.

I called to get my receipt and he did deliver on that, but I am shocked at the way this guy addresses the customer. He talks at you and while you try to answer the question and he kept asking me for a contract # and I only had the reservation #, he acted RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I wanted to ask him if he speaks to all his customers that way. Someone needs to let him know customers are what keeps a business in business. signed, unbeliveable and shocked!

This was the worst experience I've had with UHaul and one of the worst with someone I am paying money to. The owner began yelling at me upon my arrival, and continued throughtout my time there. He stormed off and had I not been on such a time cruch I would have left and got the trailer from someone else. His name is Fred and he is the poorest representation of UHual you could possible imagine and to be honest a poor representation of mankind. His employee (who hooked up the trailer for me) could not have been nicer and aplogized to me multilple times for his employer. Sorry to leave these comments with you but it is all true. The trailer was parked in a muddy field by his automotive shop with standing water with a ver strong possibility of me getting truck and trailer stuck.

Need to mark with a sign what entrance trucks should enter the yard. Yard is dirty and office worse. I would not pick up a truck or trailer from this location or sit in the office to do paperwork. If it had rained the yard would have been muddy. Staff was nice though

I attempted to use the after hours/night drop to return the truck and trailer back at the company, but was unable to leave the key because the night drop off box fell open as I attempted to insert the key. While I thought I was helping the company avoid theft of a truck and trailer, the company seemed to be upset with me and wanted me to return the key as quickly as possible even though I worked the next day, one worker told me he wanted the truck off the front of his parking lot, at one point I was told I may have to pay an extra day

yes they the people were very helpful, it is u-haou i have a problem with. they put a hold on my account for more than the total cost of the rental on saturday, sep 28th and as of today, oct 1st the hold is still there and nothing has been refunded. this is unexcusable.

UHAUL should not ever allow this place to represent their company! It is a filthy place.Person that waited on us did not have the furniture pads and said that we had to go down to the main UHaul 2 or 3 miles away to get them. He did not give us a damage inspection sheet, instead lying to us saying that UHaul didn't do that anymore! DON'T EVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

i ha reserved a uhaul truck for 2pm when i got there i was told that they guy that does the uhauls had left for lunch and was going to go vote and did not know when he would be back. after complaining they then said the guy was around the corner and would be a few mins. then as he was checking us out i asked about a dolly i reserved as well he said they dont have one here i have to go to a different location which means more gas for me and time. when i got home i opened the back of the uhaul to find it pretty dirty like it had not been sweeped out i will never go to this location again and thinking of using a diff moving company as well.

The location is a auto repair shop. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. This location did not have the supplies reserved. We were told the truck was in good condition, but later found out the back of the truck leaked casuing water damage to my furniture. Since the truck was not unloaded until late the following day the water stayed on the furniture for more than 1 day.

There was nothing wrong with the location. My problem is that it was not the location that was on my conformation. I was notified 14 hours before I planned to pick up that I had to go a a different store in the adjacent city and if I cancelled the next day I would be charged $50.00 which was a few cents more than the initial rate
