Dolly was half buried in ice. Attendee offered help for an additional fee. Didn't know what to enter as drop off point even though it was on the reservation. Should not be listed as a U-Haul location. Not helpful.

Mark PI tried to do a mobile check in after dropping off the keys inside but couldn’t get any cell service because of the metal in their walls
CORINA MI reserved specific equipment months ahead of time, and then was informed the day before that it was not available. I ended up being given a substitute that had less storage room, with no compensation for the error. It's not clear when making a reservation that it does not guarantee you will get that equipment.

SHANNON BFirst the vehicle was supposed to be picked up in Fenelon Falls, then we were told it had to be picked up in the Peterborough area. We were told that there would be a discount on the milage rate for the inconvenience. There was no discount on the final bill. The vehicle had mechanical issues and wasn't safe to drive. It was returned a day early and we were told we would not be charged for the second day. After the vehicle was returned we received phone calls from the towing company as to where the keys were. All in all this has been the worst experience with Uhaul we've ever had!
Camron MContracted auto transporter out of Peterborough location for 9am, previous customer had not yet returned. Peterborough office searched and located another at the Fraserville location. Only to find the representative wasn't there but would be returning shortly to a computer that couldn't access the home site. After many phone calls everything got organized and I was on my way 3 hours late.
Barry JToo many things to go into here but not helpful would describe every aspect of the rental.
