The staff were very helpful and polite, no complaints there. I think the app needs some adjustments. Scanning a tag to confirm you're at the pickup location should automatically be an option, I spent way too long waiting for location tracking before I eventually called and got help over the phone. The staff was patient and handled my issues though.

I was late 1 hour late in picking up my rental, the Hassel I had to go through was way too much. The person who was on the 24/7 line was rude sorry I was late but crisis happened. The Uhaul also had too many bugs in the back luckily my grandson had fun with them.

We did not like how rentals are done … we did not like all the online procedures … we would rather deal with real people … if we would not of had help from 21 yr old son we would NOT a have used Uhaul … will most likely NEVER USE again … older people are NOT comfortable with this manner of doing business … we were NOT impressed with anything !!! Sorry but would NOT recommend to anyone !!!
