Didn't have my reservation ready and I was promised 50.00 refund that was never given. I also forgot some items in back of truck and was unable to reach office to see if I could retrieve them. Just disappointed. I am now going to try another uhaul in town.

Jody DI had a $15 charge for "Safe Move" that I don't remember agreeing to. I never received any paperwork to show what I was paying for or the beginning mileage of the truck. I did not receive paperwork when I returned the truck. I finally saw what I was paying for when it was sent to me via email. The rental office was in dire need of an overhaul. I will go to another site the next time I need to rent a truck.

willam kThe person that we dealt with was rude and unprofessional. He seemed more interested in why we needed the truck than renting it to us. He told us that we had to tell him where we were taking the things we were moving in the truck and he wanted to know if we had a storage unit. He then proceeded to push a storage unit rental facility card at us and told us to get a unit because he HAD to know he would be getting his truck back. Since there were no other rental facilities with truck available we needed to rent from him. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone family or otherwise.
sandra sWhen I reserved a truck on the uhaul website I ordered a utility truck but when I got to the dealer there was no utility truck in the uhaul truck. Very inconvenient.
Abel PMade reservation in person the day before pickup. Place all locked up on pickup day. No message how to get keys. Had people waiting to help move furniture pieces. Had to get regional office help to receive truck and keys. No apology. Will never use again. Please avoid this place

Robert RI've rented trucks for moving half a dozen times now since 1990's. This location on Business Drive is by far the quickest, most sufficient, easiest and most customer friendly I've ever seen. Corey makes renting from U-Haul a breeze. This location has a vast selection of vehicles and trailers available for customers to choose from for their moving needs. I've rented at this location twice now in 6 months and I'm completely satisfied with this business and I highly recommend it too. Stop in hungry! This is a combination U-Haul renting office/ BBQ sandwiches restaurant! You're gonna love the pulled pork and all the fixings! Nice selections on the menu... great prices.
