Trying to get the rental authorized while I was at the site was horrible. It took forever to get a customer service rep. Also tax was configured in the original estimate. I would never do the after hours check in again. I'm sitting around waiting for who knows what to happen. People asking me if I'm lost etc. bad experience. Not safe.Maciej B.

Be open, return calls and check you drop box before charging a late fee for equipment that was returned 3 days early. also check with Uhaul who instructed me to put the keys in the drop box. You would have known if you would have called me or traffic department or your own Uhaul customer service.Mary H.

I paid for 12 moving blankets and only got 6. I called corporate who told me that the receiving uhaul dealer would give me the credit. They did not give me the credit and also charged me an extra day.George B.
The staff and management at your store locations are excellent. However, corporate caused many issues that it took about a week to resolve. Hopefully, corporate can learn from their stores about customer service. My faith in Uhaul was only restored by an excellent customer service rep in vehicle recovery. The agent at Fox Canyon Glass was very nice, but had difficulty receiving my equipment through your system. It was quite disturbing to receive late return notices on equipment that I returned a day early.Mary H.
