I would have liked it even better if the cab were clean/deodorized. Smelled like sweaty person needing a bath.LOL. YUCK :( Needed it ASAP!! So it'll slide by. Thanks

Terrible experience here. I was 35 minutes late getting my truck because the clerk didn’t show up to work on time. Equipment was not on my truck, when asked the clerk had no idea about anything. I had to run around town to find dolly hand truck and appliance blankets.

Kyle ChristianI elected to pickup truck in the office versus online/mobile.....I thought it would take 5 minutes. No other customers there. I left 1 hour later......person said waiting on system...which I did see was taking a long time. Not sure if internet connection issues in the rural area or Uhaul system. When I tried on my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S20) I also watched the system asking me to wait to upload drivers license photos etc so I believe it was Uhaul system issues (which I read online about a lot!).

Because, it cost an absurdly amount MORE then intended, and ended up leaving me financially STRESSED MORE than I already was with my move, transition, time, etc. Very disturbed, overall with Uhaul.

We had to scramble to figure out that it was actually Devon Storage, on the other side of the highway. We were not able to talk with staff there due to returning it just before their business hours.

Jimecca WarriorThis is not the name of the location. The name of the company is Devon Storage. Maps take you to the wrong side of the highway and when you try to call the number provided, it has been disconnected. Tried to call U-Haul, was put on hold and disconnected on twice. Googled the address to find the correct company, called Devon Storage and they told us "yeah, the information has never been updated on U-Haul's site". When we finally got to the location, the truck was not ready for us. I had checked in on-line and prepaid. What should have been a quick pick up. Turned into an hour and a half mess. And, when I complained that I had hired people to load the truck and I have now paid for an hour for them to sit around, I was told "Sorry". U-Haul you just cost me over $100 for labor I did not use and did not provide all of the pads I had requested. You at least reimbursed the $10 for the pads. I have used U-Haul in the past with no problems. I will think twice about relying on your website if I ever use you again.
