this comment does not reflect the pick up and drop off for this rental. My original reservation was made 1 month prior to need. when I called to confirm the 15-17 foot truck I reserved,it changed several times with different confirmation #s and locations.2 of the locations I was directed to did not have the truck I reserved. I ended up with a 10 foot truck which made me make several trips from my location (about 100 miles each way,plus time involved.This was suppose to be a 1 way trip.Your reservation manager Daniel was able to offer some extra miles plus $50 off. That was much appreciated but still inconvenient for my time making 2 trips instead of one,leaving me with nobody to help move the second load. it would be helpful when a reservation is made in advance like mine,that the equiptment reserved would be available and not given different locations to pick up only to find they did not have anything

I spent time up front to do the pre-checking in order to save time. When I arrived at the location, they can't pull up the reservation so we had to re-do everything, wasted 30 minutes. The truck itself was OK, the tire pressure warning light was on but the person explained the tires were changed and they didn't reset the warning light. OK, so we took the truck and luckily, no issues.

The truck was dirty on the outside had to clean windshield in my first stop for fuel.

The beginning mileage was incorrect, so I was overcharged $56. I should not have to confirm the beginning mileage. The store did not care that the mileage was incorrect, even though they probably loaned it to a friend for the weekend. Used this location twice recently, they were friendly, but the trucks were dirty and smelled of smoke. When i complained that they overcharged for miles all they said was "you can try to call corporate and see if they will help". Never using Uhaul again! Penske will be worth driving the extra distance and they are cheaper too!

Did not get a very good explanation on how things work on renting the vehicle and the charges for the miles think I over paid for two day for in town use never again and the time to return is bad
