I started in East Hartford, CT with a quarter tank of gas. I returned the vehicle to NH with slightly under half a tank. I was told by the East Hartford agent that to avoid additional charges I would have to return the vehicle to Hudson, NH with at least a quarter tank. Please investigate for a credit. My final mobile bill reflects a charge of $85.50, which filled the fuel tank. Please investigate for a credit. My contract number is 22458079. Thank you! John DouganJohn D.

The U-Haul personnel left at 3:00 or 3:30, and I dropped the trailer about 4:00. The sole clerk inside told me to "check in online." It would have been useful if he had handed me a sheet with instructions. Instead I had to call U-Haul for instructions on how to do that. I took pictures before I made the call, assuming they would be useful. However, as the person on the phone waked me through the process, I discovered that the iPhone app required photos taken while you were completing the form on the app. I would have assumed it would let you pick a photo stored on your phone. I was glad I called from the parking lot.Richard B.
Absolutely furious that my pickup location changed at 8pm the night before hand. I booked my reservation almost 2 months in advance to pick up at 9am in Middletown and didn't get notified until 8pm the night before that I couldn't pick up until 11am and had to go to East Hartford instead. This was a convenient location, but it was not overly clear what to do at drop-off. The location is at a gas station, and the station manager(?) said he would pass the key on to the UHaul representative for us. I appreciated his offer to do that as it wasn't very clear how to proceed otherwise. Other than that, drop-off was easy and quick.LISA G.

Convenient that you can buy gas here in case a customer forgets to fill up like I did, though, gas prices here are seriously overpriced. Also, uhaul staff are off the clock at 1pm, which is silly. Fortunately, the attendant was able to help.KELLY G.

Didn't realize that doing the mobile option took a lot longer than going to the desk. Not to impressed when you want to speed the process and it takes longer to setup your rental. Two many steps. Not so convenient.Marisol A.

The U-Haul rep insisted that I could not take the truck that was scheduled for me to use, he also made me wait for another truck to be returned before I could leave the lot and get started moving.Christina K.
