Didn’t realize that doing the mobile option took a lot longer than going to the desk. Not to impressed when you want to speed the process and it takes longer to setup your rental. Two many steps. Not so convenient.

The U-Haul rep insisted that I could not take the truck that was scheduled for me to use, he also made me wait for another truck to be returned before I could leave the lot and get started moving.

The uhaul rental is inside the gas station. I feel like maybe they should upgrade that area where you rent and pay for gas. Mr. Bob and the younger gentleman were very nice and the process was swift and easy.

Dirty truck. No high lights beams working. Should be a 15’ box truck. I measured it 12’. The person in charge argue it “ it is 15’ “. It wasn’t 15’. I’m not stupid. And. When I try to get a closer location for pick up and drop off. The closer was 45 miles. So I paid 88 dls more for this bad logistic service on uhaul.com. I will change to Penske. I was a uhaul customer.

Reserved on-line, showed up at rental location, easy to complete the paperwork and get on the road. Returned to same location and they were very helpful in completing transaction for truck return. Founders Plaza Sunoco was great.Not much to improve.

It did not say anywhere that the location was closed. I sat there waiting for an hour for the place to open and then searched online to figure out how to use the lock box thing. I had originally opted to use a person at the desk. But the 24 hour lock box thing is great.

I felt we were robbed. I payed over $2,000 for the truck and tow dolley. On top of that, had to pay $70 per fill up. So overall, I spent almost $3,000 to move to Texas. That is ridiculous. Will NOT us U-Haul again.

I ordered shipping blankets (1/2 dozen) and didn't realize they weren't in the van until I got to my destination. I chatted online with a U-Haul rep who said I wouldn't get charged, but when I returned the van via the app, I still got charged and will now have to dispute this. So, pretty frustrating as I spent 20 minutes waiting on the phone for a customer rep (never got one) and then spent another 10 minutes virtually chatting with a rep only to have what she said wouldn't be an issue become an issue that I will have to spend even more time trying to resolve.

I used "Budget" Truck Rental and they charged me $130. With U-Haul I did the same move and spent $80. For this reason I will recommend U-haul. Thank you

I suffered the worst customer service that I ever experienced. 3 hours to rent a car dolly. Bounced to 2 locations. I bought a house in less time. I hope I never have to use Uhaul ever again. Would never recommend to anyone. EVER

When I received my transaction receipt via email they charged me $42.00 for safe move. When I choose this option on the website the charge was supposed to be $14.00.
