I only had a phone number but no address for the drop off location. It took nearly 5 mins to get someone to answer the phone. I was then texted the address but told ALL I needed to do was to drive up, take pictures IF I wanted to, lock the truck & put the keys in the drop box. Later that evening I happened to check my phone & had an email or text stating I had to go online & follow the instructions on how to drop off the truck. I had to worry all weekend long that the truck was checked in or not. It was after 10:00 am on Monday, & a call back to the U-Haul number before I received a returned receipt. Also, as I returned it on a Saturday afternoon, had the location been open, someone else could have rented the truck & completed their move that same weekend. However, all this said, it was an easy, convenient location to drop the truck off. I just thank God there were other trucks there, otherwise I would not have known where to go.JUDITH S.

GPS does not find this location without a hassle. Fortunately someone was still there to assist with the uhaul rental. For sure don't try the after hours pick up.DAVID R.

I picked the trailer up after hours - the trailer did not have a complete light hook up wire so I had to drive without lights to purchase one. Upon purchasing the needed equipment and hooking the lights up I discovered the right rear lights did not work due to the tail light was missing. So I drove the trailer back with partial lights and dropped it off at the pickup point because it was unusable. I returned a 2 day rental within 2-3 hours because equipment was unusable - I think I'm entitled to a full refund.Dennis D.

Truck was filthy inside and out. Gas on paperwork said half a tank. It was less than a half. Had to wait over half an hour to get truck because girl was at lunch and late getting back. Mr Foster was nice but not capable of cleaning truck.Charles Y.
I wasn't told that the location that I would be dropping my vehicle off at would be closed when I dropped it off. I was told at the location I reserved my truck at that I would be able to have a month free of storage for buying a one way. The place i picked up the truck at booked my drop off location at a place that was both closed and doesn't have storage.. so I was tricked to some extent into buying a truck I could have honestly done without.lucas B.

There was broken glass inside the trailer and it was very dirty. No extras, like dollies were available even though I had prepaid for them.oday L.

When we arrived to pick the truck up at 10:15am, no one was there. We had to wait 30 minutes in the hot Louisiana sun for someone to get there. This in turn put us behind in loading the truck and made us late leaving for our destination.REBEKAH B.

The location is extremely unseemly. I would never pull over to this place. It is like something out of a bad movie. The personnel were nice but did not fill out paperwork properly. Put in wrong address, misstated amount of gas in the truck.JESSICA Y.

I lived too far from this location. It was the closest UHAUL location for pick up. It is in the middle of no where. Staff was helpful.HEIDI P.
Needed the furniture pads that were ordered... since the location did not have a supply and none were on the truck, I had to purchase $60 worth of blankets from local Dollar Store... U-Haul should refund that amount or give credit back to the bill...KEVIN H.
