Service was very poor,...never returned my calls, staff and owner unorganized....spent to much time in this place....no other customers. Staff was interrupted several times to answer ower's calling (demands). This place is a car dealership and hub for friends/family to visit,....not the customer. Contract read the fuel tank as "FULL" but on inspection with the staff...fuel gauge read 7/8th fuel. Staff promised to make the correction in the database... I drove off expecting staff to make the correction...NEVER happened! Stay away from this place,...oh by the way...check out the hand written signs/notes on their bathroom walls. What a joke!

This is the best place to do business with. They are very respectful and nice to their customers. They made my move so much more pleasant then I anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a U-Haul or trailer. They really took care of my husband and I.

No one was there even though website said they were open. We filled our tank to 1/2 according to the gauge on truck and they reported 1/4 full only and charged us $46. Will not use this location again!!!

Better training on hooking up the equipment. Wasn't done properly. They did a good job of adjusting the bill for the correct amount for one day rental.

I don’t believe that they could have messsed up this reservation any more than they did. From not being able to get the proper vehicle in the paperwork to taking 45 minutes for a prereserved trailer (all info already given when reservations were made) to not telling me which trailer it actually was I was getting (which lead to me just taking the easiest one to get) not walking outside with me at all(again I took the wrong trailer, it had blankets in it, and no help hooking it up) and when I asked at least 3 times that I would return it to them they advised me any Huntsville location was fine as they are all in town. Which lead to me returning it to another Huntsville/Brownsboro location. But since I apparently had a trailer that was not the one they signed out(again how was I to know as they said just a 6x12 outside) the 2 day in town rental I had turned into a 7day one way rental with a VA return!!! I did not have your trailer more than 48 hrs, returned to local vender and was charged $407! My $78.18 rental I agreed to is outrages. I preceded to be kind knowing mistakes happen, new retailers need time to learn but went to Regional manager Evan Williams who “looked” into this. First, I received bill on a Friday at around 3:30. Called place I returned trailer to, got Mr Williams number, called him he said he would call me right back. After 6pm I was pretty sure he was not calling me back, but could be that VA was closed and he had no information yet. Thought hey I will give him some time to get answers, called him again Tuesday as he should know something. Conveniently, “I’m on the phone with them now”. Seriously I am not an idiot, he was not on the phone with them but hey get it done now, fine. He would called me back. Again hours later no call, I called he was figuring it out. Through all this time, I guess he figured out what happened I was to be credited back my $407.00 within the next couple of hours,then charged the $78.18. This was last Tuesday. I have still not been credited as of today. I believe I have been more than patient and deserve to be credited.
