Lisa P.Was charged extra mileage over what was used, the fuel stated in the beginning was incorrect and when I returned the truck with the same fuel as when I picked it up I was charged extra. Tried to call multiple times to find out where the drop box was, both numbers no answer and voicemail as full so called the 1 800 number and left the key inside the locked vehicle as directed and they charged me a $70 cleaning fee. Would never rent from or recommend this depot to anyone. I would recommend driving further away and paying the extra money so they don't try to take advantage of customers.

Crystal S.I was to be able to pick up the trailer at 8:30 am. I went 1 hour early to find the rental office and trailers. I found the trailer but couldn't find the business, there was no business on any building. Finally found the building but was locked. So sat there and a woman came out told me that was the place but she was leaving and locking up. She said her husband would be there in half an hour. When he came he stated that he had no reservation from Uhaul. I told him that I would need it for an extra day as well. Do to the late time, he stated that it was reserved for the next day. I then asked if I could have it till Saturday morning at 8 am. He said he could do that. So I left with the trailer went home and worked all night hauling and had it back for 8am
Carey F.Uhaul should never do unauthorized withdrawal from customer credit card without discussing with them. I took the truck barely empty and I was expected to fill the tank with gas of 3/8....that's daylight Robbery...customers should not pay for what was not used. From the pick up location, uhaul should not just make customer sign the contract without showing him or her the gas levels..especially for a first timer user who doesn't know about it. And uhaul should make efforts to make things right rather than withdrawING cash without been authorized by the customer regardless of what was signed. Aside this....all transactions were perfect...but I was ripped off on gas usage atleast for now unless if it will be resolved after I've lodged my complaints.

David E.The pick up was so stressful and the scheduling agent was of no help i booked my rental well in advance and everything was okay i called a day before and also on same day in morning to confirm my pickup as no one called me to confirm then suddenly at 10.30 am the scheduling agent calls and tells me we don't have a truck. If you want you have to go pick it up 170 kms away from my location else he will cancel my reservation the guy was rude and completely unprofessional as i was in need i had to go long way And waste my time because your scheduling agent can't schedule well then at the pickup location i was having problem with the truck i called the store but the lady said there's no one in the office who can come and help again worst service this made my experience so bad that i would never ever trust u haul during move time is very limited in such situation i had to waste 5-6 hours just for pickup
Pavan S.Couldn't find it. Just did the return online on the app. Parked it across four angle parking spots on the street because I didn't see any signage of the company I was to return it to. I did manage to find the drop box for the keys after walking up and down the street for 30min
