Harry WaughIt would improve your service if you actually had the truck where I had originally reserved it to be. I am so unhappy that you decided that I could just pick up my truck 30+ miles in the wrong direction. So I had to spend 2 plus hours getting the truck and then driving the wrong direction twice. Huge inconvenience. Not to mention I paid extra to have supplies that I never received.
Roland Van HeestYour U-Haul system is flawed. I reserved a 15’ truck and then show up and there is no 15’ available. Then I was told I would have to call 1-800 number about truck share program. Now this is after I had a confirmed reservation 2 days prior. Why does your system allow you to reserve a truck and you show up and it’s gone??? Not a fan and will not recommend to anyone

Pamela HarrisonAdvise customer if they use cash , they won’t get it back until mailed. Also it would be nice to be able to drop off at location schedules. Representative called in mid trip to change drop point and stated they would knock off 25$ for extra travel, when got there they knew nothing of it. Equipment was nice and useful customer service at drop off location sucked.
Ricky PattonWhat a great experience. Everyone was awesome. It was like I was in Hawaii with soft 80s music in the background. I was in and out of there with the quickness. What a great experience. 10 out of 10, I’d do it again. I’m still humming that Hawaiian song.
KENNETH LAWSONThe man named Brett called us and gave us address for drop off and where to put truck and keys and contract. He mentioned they were not open on weekends. We did exactly as told. Put a total of $125 in gas so tank would have more than 1/4 tank. Then U-Haul starts calling and asking us where truck is because Foshee Boat Doc is hardly ever manned. Why does U-Haul have unmanned drop off point?

Jim BoermaCharged me for an extra day when we brought the trailer in a whole 24hrs early...no one was there at 11:53 on November 29th. Called number on door and was told where to park it, left contract in door slot. They didnt check it in until November 30 at 10:54.... still trying to get them to refund my money.
LEE MOSHERCluttered business, sign not visible. We saw tow options in a field and parked there. Directions were to not block the road, only option was behind a dumpster. Returned keys then got the request for pics on the app. Argh.
Jacquelynne wilderIt's not the location is bad, it's just I made a reservation 2 months prior to rent a truck in Auburn, Al then 2 days prior to my pick up day I'm informed to pick it up somewhere else. The man there was nice, he hooked up my auto transport which I appreciated but had some trouble with the computer and had to make a few phone calls to get things straight. I think he was pretty new at this.

Mark AmundsenOwner of the facility was cordial and efficient. The location did not have sufficient parking for customers and was 30+ miles away from the original pickup location in Auburn that was agreed to on the Reservation Confirmation. I was not aware of the pickup location change until <24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Lyles FORBESWhen I arrived at the first location I originally made my reservation for there was no U-Haul truck and the place was closed. I had to rent a U-Haul that was an hour away from my destination and triple the price. Worst U-Haul experience ever from start to vehicle return. I would not recommend doing the U-Haul online pickup/drop off. I would not recommend making a reservation with U-Haul because it is unreliable what places actually have the U-Haul that you need.

TAMMY BAKERThis is a boat business, with UHaul as a secondary. The young man who helped me was interested in getting me out ASAP so he could do whatever else he was doing. The truck was clean, but I could not adjust the sideview mirrors on the driver's side.

James HildrethReservations made on line and the experience was AWFUL. After over 1 hr telephone wait time they cancelled my order. The business had an after hour phone number on the door and I used it to get a truck. Truly a harrowing experience; not what you need when moving.
