The location is very cluttered and disorganized. We had reserved online and just needed to retrieve the key from a numbered lock box. We ended up waiting 30 minutes just to be handed a key that could have been left in the lock box. Our 6 hour span was cut to 5.5 and ran us dangerously close to being late on our return.

The site was not open on Sunday and dropped the keys in the lock box. The site only has a small sign to let you know it is a U-Haul site with very limited postings on return instructions.

Clerk was on the phone with the "boss man" (his words) for 20 to 25 minutes while I wanted. Store was filthy. Clerk wanted to keep my original receipt from pickup location, got an attitude when I asked for a copy. I was the only person in line when I arrived, took more than 30 minutes to return the truck. Rented from Uhaul many times, never had an experience like this...

I reserved a 10 foot truck. Arrived to pick up the truck and they only had 20 foot truck. Reluctantly accepted the reservation anyways with no other option. Was charged for the larger size despite the inconvenience of not having what I originally reserved to no fault of mine.

The trailer wasn't at the pickup place, we had to go get it . My question is why bother to go on line and do a quick check in when the clerk had to do everything all over again. We were there over 2 hours at a place that should have hade all the info before hand.

Have someone more knowledgeable working and not complain (even jokingly) about the order. Also the quote online did not match their records and we were charged more. I was told "this is how it is on the screen so I can't do anything about it "

The only problem we had was the payment. When we went to pickup the rental U-Haul wanted us to pay upfront for all of the charges (the 3 days we were renting it, the miles we were driving, etc.) it seemed weird to already be paying but it was fine. We paid before we drove the truck off the lot. U-Haul even charged our bank account the same day. Then when we went through the process of returning the rental truck U-Haul wanted us to pay AGAIN for everything we just paid for. Obviously it was a mistake and I pointed out to them we had already paid. They said they would call us. They never called us so I’m assuming they noticed the mistake and did not charge us again. So please fix the payment situation! Other than that, it was a great experience!

We waited 20 minutes before opened. One of workers stopped by to change his oil, otherwise would not have gotten truck at all. The guy was very nice and apologetic.

The problem with the pick up location was not related to that location. It was set up by U-Haul but was about 25 miles from my home, so a 50 mile round trip just to pick up the trailer. Did not expect a 6X12 enclosed trailer to be in such short supply.

The location was fine but this is not the location that I requested to pick the trailer up at. When I picked up the trailer the person onsite said I could drop it off at any other uhaul location where I lived. I went to a location where I originally requested the rental from and they said I could not do that or I would be charged 5 times more. I then had to drive 60 miles back out of route just to drop it back off.

I had reserved and prepaid online for a truck and 24 moving blankets. When I arrived to pick up the truck, which was not my preferred location because of previous low ratings, they said they did not have the blankets. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to get the blankets. When I got back to my house to load, I found the truck had 12 blankets and a dolly in it.

Had to drive 30 miles to pick up. This was after I reserved it ahead of time. The folks at this facility were very friendly. However, They failed to return my license to me. After I was down the road 5 miles I concluded they had not returned my license to me. Backtracked to their facility and had to help find my license, stuck between the pages of a boat parts book they had been using. Back on the road, noticed the truck only had 3/4’s of a tank of gas ??. I’ll think twice before I ever use U-Haul again!

My main problem is that they charged me for 2 days when I had the trailer less than 24 hours. There was no one there on Sunday when I dropped it off, so they charged me through Monday. When I emailed back, I was told "they usually go off the cameras to tell when you brought the trailer back". There was not a camera anywhere, I was actually looking for one because I wanted them to see me bring it back in case it was stolen. These were all parked behind an old gas station across the street from the rental place. Also, your system to check-in is awful. I've rented several U-hauls, and even though I reserve in advance and put in all my information, it always takes forever to check in. It feels like everywhere I go, it's their first time checking out a U-Haul, and I've rented from several different locations. How can I walk up to a rental car lot and drive off with a car in 30 seconds, but it takes 30-45 minutes to get a trailer or truck that I've already reserved online?

I picked up on Thursday at 5:00pm and dropped off at location Sunday 5:00 pm and was charged for 2 extra days. They ripped me off for 1 extra day and they were not even open. I will not use them again!

Got there at 9 as scheduled; they said the truck was at their 'remote' location. They made us go get it [my husband agreed] I would have told them to go get it themselves. So we drive 3 miles out of the way to an unattended gravel lot, drive our Jaguar SUV to the back to dig out the 26' truck, oh & had to open a padlocked gate and swing it open then get back out of truck to close it back up...wish I'd thought to leave it so these lazy jerks would've had to go do their job. Then had to stop back at their office to wait for them to get the dolly and pads loaded. Are you freakin' kidding? Then they had computer glitches...finally got the truck on the road at 11 - the one promised to be ready at 9.

Reserved and had confirmation for location in Auburn then received a change to this location 30 miles away the day before pick-up. That is unacceptable. Location didn't open until 8 versus 7 and then no one was there until 8:30+. Bad system sending email with requested location then changing availability later.

It was ridiculous. Had to drive to the truck at a separate lot, hook everything up myself. Then directed to another uhaul dealer down the road to pick up an appliance dollie. They were closed. After calling uhaul, and forever on the phone, they couldn't supply me with the dollie unless I drove outside of a 50 mile radius. Had to go BUY a dollie, that didn't have straps. Was moving my stuff myself. And dropped my $950 Galaga arcade machine while trying to pull it up the crazy steep ramp. Had to pay for extra gas and extra mileage used to go get the stupid dollie. I have used uhaul for over 25 years for various things, but I will definitely rethink who I use the next time I require rental equipment.

Location was closed when returned Saturday at 12:30. Not obvious this was a U-Haul location until saw small sign.....I was instructed by U-Haul via phone to unhook the trailer and leave it....which I did but took pictures for verification.
