Parking was in mud and it was difficult to navigate a busy parking lot

Justin HIt was very difficult to gain the access required to get the keys to the truck using the 24/7 feature. While I understand the security measures in place, the process was very time consuming - it took us over 30 minutes to get access to the keys using the 24/7 pick up. I will not recommend this feature. Truck was very clean and location was convenient.
Terry FStaff was very helpful. The person on the phone was particularly helpful as I changed our plans and drop off location from the original set up.
john cIt would be better to not switch reservation details after they are confirmed without notification before the equipment is picked up
David SThis is not a UHaul facility. The mechanic at the facility was courteous and tried to help us with some questions but he was not a UHaul employee. Had to do an online check-in even though this was during business hours. Would have preferred to pick up the truck at a UHaul facility. There was one only a couple miles from here.
