They were not there during store hours. Couldn't reach them from the phone...tried several times with no call back after leaving voice mails.

John BrownSo to start. The truck was horrible. It sounded like it was literally gonna crap out I could barely get it to go and the breaks were screwed up too. Then. The guy who was there has to be the most miserable person I've ever met. If he smiled he might pass out. He wasnt just plan rude but he made me feel like I was such a problem. So it stormed the day I needed this truck and we couldnt get it all out. In the rain and ruin my stuff. So we had to return it the next morning instead( which I completely understand we were in the wrong however, I cant control mother nature. And it wouldnt of taken us so long to get back if we could actually go over 50 miles an hour. And they charged me a few of 150! I already spent over 300.00 with yall. He was a jerk about it. Never using uhaul again this is bs! $150 fee for being late?

Mauricio LopezI did not receive a call to confirm. My original location was somewhere else. I called them and they were the ones that told me y'all switched it to fortune storage. However when I got to fortune storage, the app wanted me to still go to the original location. So I had to make an entire new reservation the next day, and it didn't work at first either. Finally got my truck 10 hours later than my reservation was planned. Furthermore, the truck share 24/7 and customer support was TERRIBLE AT BEST, if I was able to get anyone on the phone. They weren't able to even help me. Just transferred to another line that never answered.

Tim ByrdChange store hours. When you work and cannot get there whenever you decided to close for that day. The hours of operation should be set and customers should not be punished with extra days cost because you decided to be open or not to be open whenever you feel like it.

MARY BRACKThe agent wasn’t very friendly. When we got there the truck hadn’t been cleaned out, nor had it been checked out for damage. The pickup location was an hour away from our home. We opted for the additional insurance for the truck and tow dolly. We were half way to our home when a lady rear ended my husband and daughter, who was towing the dolly. She totaled the dolly, plus took out 3 other vehicles. It took me over 2 hours to get through to someone about the accident. I also contacted the location and he didn’t know what to do about replacing the dolly. He gave me the impression that he didn’t want to rent us the other tow dolly. He referred us to a location that was 1 1/2 hours away from us, from accident sight and a 2 hours drive back home. Once I got in touch with the insurance company, we were given a Auto hauler at no extra charge to use for our move.

DIDNOT even try to help nor seem to understand my concerns. I have rented from UHAUL on several other occassions BUT will most likely look other place.
