I am absolutely mind blown by my experience with UHaul. When I returned my truck I was charged an additional large charge for mileage and gas that was inaccurate. Even with providing information and speaking with people on and off the phone for about a month in customer service and managers - no one could help me even with the store manager confirming that it was inaccurate. So essentially I was just out $200 for a charge that shouldn't of even happened - with expenses these days, $200 is a lot for someone to just "lose". Sarah the manager there was great, but UHAUL as a whole has systems in place that seem to not take care of their customers, even with accurate information. U-Haul will not have my business again.

The car hauler trailer that I rented had garbage on it, a light that didn't work, and a bent and broken license plate . Both of those last two items were pointed out to me by the Montana State Patrol!

The truck was clean, but someone drilled holes in the trucks and stole the gas, we were unable to use the truck for a day because we had to wait for a service technician to fix it. U-haul sent a technician out and they were able to patch the hole, but we had to wait until the next day to use the truck.

thanks to the operator on the uhaul help line for extending my days when things didn't go as planned. Huge thanks to the store employee that helped in the pick up and drop off. first time renting and the employee not only made it easy and comfortable but treated us as if we had been coming in for years. **** four stars.

I had a horrible experience from start to finish. TWO times you guys called me and switched my pickup location. Then when I went to this location, it was closed. I called you guys and you said you would get someone out there and nobody ever came after an hour. I called again and they told me about the 24/7 pickup over the phone so I did that. I wish someone told me about that before all of that happened. Maybe stop working with that storage place because that was ridiculous.

I had no complaints about the attendant Sarah. She was very professional and helpful. My biggest complaint is with all u haul locations that I contacted. Very long wait times when trying to reach anyone on the phone without exception. ridiculous.

I drove 20 miles to a large u haul location only to be told I had to drive 20 miles to another location to turn in the trailer. I lost an hour in traffic and 3 gallons of gas. I will never rent from u haul again

I don't like the U-Haul registration app! You don't know what your getting, where to return the vehicle and no personal contact. I had a horrible experience with the whole rental.

Sara was super helpful! She was able to transfer my reservation to the Suncrest location when I had made a mistake and made my original reservation in Spokane. She was very pleasant to work with!!
