They were not able to print my receipt after I turned it in. Also when I picked up the trailer, I checked in online but it still took 20 minutes before for them to figure out the computer

The 6X12 Utility Trailer was perfect for our move. We didn't have much stuff because most of it was picked up already. Everything worked on the trailer and didn't have any issues. Always go with the dual axle trailer!!!

More UHAUL supplies available for purchase on site. I wanted to buy mattress covers but they didn't have any there.
Everyone was so nice & accommodating. Being mew to Fort Mitchell it was nice to feel welcome. They were very helpful & we will be going back to Fort Mitchell Trading Post & Hardware for a lot of our needs, not just a truck!

The computer was extremely slow and cause me to pay for my rental using my phone! Even after I paid for my equipment and had a receipt the representative would not rent me the trailer due to the computer was stating I owed money! It took me over 2 hours to rent my equipment... I even had to leave and come back due to be totally frustrated and behind with my moving arrangements!
We were happy with our rental through the trading post - quick and efficient.
I was treated very well at the place where I pick it up.the truck was clean gased up and ready to go.The price was right and the people was great.Great job.

The only concern is I paid for moving help. 2 hours, 1 person. The individual only worked for 1 hour, unbeknownst to me as it was hectic and I thought I one reserved 1 hour. I later looked at my receipt and saw I paid for 2 hours but only received 1 hours work.

I didn't feel comfortable leaving the auto transport unsecured because it's easy for someone to pull up and drive away with it while it was still in my name.
The two men working there were extremely nice. Both greeted me once I entered and directed me to the correct place. The gentleman helping was professional and made small talk with me while in putting my information. He explained everything I asked in a way that I can understand. He made the process easy and fast!!

Was not shown how to connect or disconnect towing trailer upon pickup.
I reserved a 15 foot truck for pick up in Columbus, Ga, which was confirmed by email and a phone call on Tuesday, 24 July. On Thursday, 26 July I received a very rude call from a U-Haul rep tell me that I had to go to Fort Mitchell, Al to pick up the truck or I could do a self check out of a 20 foot truck in Columbus. I did not need or want a 20 foot truck so I had to drive approx 20 miles to pick up the truck I reserved. Based on the run around I received and the nasty attitude of the U-Haul rep I won't recommend using U-Haul to family and friends. Although the truck had dry grass clipping all over one side and trash in the ash tray the truck's performance was great.

The truck was a bit dirty from someone spilling coffee on the inside of the cab, other than that everything was great.

This place was closed when we dropped off, we had no contact with any staff nor did we go inside. Self drop off is always wonderful
The trailer's seal on the door was bad, as a result allot of our items(That we didn't want getting wet) were soaked. Luckily I didn't put the electronics we had in it.

Truck had no a.c. ran 5000 rpms the whole way took way more time and gas and money to make it to our destination and tranny fluid leaking
Personnel there were very friendly and helpful. Took care of my rental quickly and got me on the road. Not much more to ask of service.
