Easy to get to and staff good to work with. Have used before and staff makes it easy to pick up and/or deliver. Would highly recommend.

Daniel CReservation was not ready and no advanced notice. Had to drive further to another location so it put us over the mileage we had bought. There were additionally no close drop off points at our destination in a well populated area. Reluctant to use Uhaul again despite using them to move twice in the past. The folks at the fort defiance location were polite and helpful - my review is more about uhaul services in general that day.
Warren WIt's not a classic uHaul pickup place w/supplies etc. and it is in the middle of the countryside but that said, they were very helpful and pleasant and I was able to get an UBER from there to the local airport.

Juanits VNot really an issue at the store but trying to do everything online never worked I’ve rented before and never had a super big issue.. I couldn’t get my truck when I got there because they alcohol took verify the info then kept trying when everything I had was what I needed had to go inside and get the lady to call she had to call her boss for him to do it had to wait 20 mins on him to even call back.. the miles was wrong when I brought it back and se was the gas they tried to charge me too many miles and for gas when I filled it when I got back to where it was when I took it.. I thought last time chasing a truck down was bad then had to deal with all this mess
Jessica CThe people we dealt with were great, however, U- Hauls overall system really needs improvement.as the office could not fine our registration and uploaded the drivers license the night before.. it is like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Same thing happened when we we tried to turn in the truck

Susan FGreat drop off location. . . Drive in and fill the tank at the competitively priced gas station. Since the place was so small, I just left the truck at the pump walked in and handed over the keys. They didn't even ask me to move it.

Titus DMy original location was changed by the district manager because they didn’t want to move equipment 8 miles down the road. I wasn’t offered but one location once they moved the location. Was harassed by the location to pick up the equipment even after calling them to let them know that I was running late. The equipment was not inspected by the location and they didn’t offer to hook up the trailer. I had to point out the damage to the equipment after I walked around checking the lights. The equipment was dirty and not in any condition to be rented out. Once I left the location the turn signals did not work correctly. I would not rent from this location again.
