Ordered 12 packong blankets and 15' truck. They only gave me 6 blankets. Falicia at the Ft Morgan site said that she would change the number to the 6 that i recieved. SHE DID NOT CHANGE! Could not contact her at the Ft Morgan Location when i dropped the truck off the number was not changed. Called the Ft Morgan Location.... after many attempts no one could help at that location and Falicia could not be located... Called back many times and they did not even awnser the phone. Called coustumer service and they could not reach a manager .. did this twice. What you can do to improve?... have your people do what they said they would do.. Falicia and that location should be shut down!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! ZERO stars for this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was great and very professional
Raymond UFirst, I like to go into a place and rent I don't like having to book everything online. But they were rather incompetent in that department so I had to rent online, while there from my phone. It was about 1:30 and I knew I would not be able to get the vehicle back to them before they closed, so I rented the vehicle for 8 hours figuring that gave me time to return it in the morning. they said nothing about being able to return and check it in online and dropping the key off. I got dinged for a late fee. This is the most stupid set up I have ever seen and they can't do anything about it because they aren't actually a Uhal whatever. The vehicles are better than they were 20 years ago, but Uhaul has problems.

Julie BThe key box and scan location are in different spots. When I checked the truck back in they charged me for a different vehicles mileage and gas. This took a week only when I received an email from UHaul collections did I find out. It took all day to get someone to fix the issue and never received the phone call I asked for to confirm the issue was resolved only a text.
JOSEPH CService I requested for mobile, no walk-in contact did not work. Being disabled, having to enter was incredibly painful. Waiting was worse. No compassion. No response given as to why what I paid for, didn't work. 3 seperate charges/holds put on account that take up to 3-5 days to clear. Never again!

Rudy CHi , I Rented a Truck in Fort Morgan , Co. for 30 Minutes and went a total of 5 Miles. When I left the truck had 3/4 fuel, and I returned it with 3/4 fuel. The Lady who was checking me out had a hard time getting the pictures she took of the truck to me until I was back on the lot. I don't understand why she said she had to charge me a fuel charge of $42.55 when I returned the truck with the same amount that I left with. Could you help me out with what uhaul Fuel policy is. Is this a common charge to add a 1/4 of a tank charge on your rentals. If I had know that you do this sort of practice I will reconsider in the future.
