Tell the counter lady not to lie that she has equipment you needed and specifically called her and then when you arrive it's not available and I was the first customer in for the day.

I am being charged for something I did not do. That someone had done before I got the it truck. And I will be reporting to the BBB about this matter. The app that I use was working will and took awhile for it to work and and when I was trying to Load a picture it was not working. I very upset about this matter and being charged for something I don't not do is unfair and you people did not do your job on Expecting your vehicles verywell. And charged a Customer damages that they did not do.

I didn't originally realize that when I would return the vehicle, the store would be closed. I was not informed with what to do and I had to guess. The sign on your wall said to make sure you receive a uhaul final receipt, but I had no way of receiving one on the spot so I had to leave without one. This was a stressful experience and I would have appreciated a better rundown of the return process. Customer service was excellent and the woman behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming. If not for the returning experience I would have had no issues.

Know and understand the third party vendors and how that process works. UHaul was very hands off, but offer it as a service on website. The front desk was very helpful and wishful they could help us in a more in-depth way. they know customer is left hanging.

I mean i was given a vehicle “clean” there was a bunch of dirt already in the vehicle. Plus i had to wait longer than the reservation time to rent

I get that you don't want to put a lot of money into equipment that isn't used every day, but you really need to insure it is running smoothly so your customers don't feel like your equipment will strand them between destinations! Tune ups are not that expensive! Mileage should not be the only indicator!

I ordered a utility dolly and furniture dolly for my move. Neither were left in the truck. Moving day is already rushed because the truck has to be back by a certain time. I spent almost 2 hours getting a dolly from another Uhaul store. The $14 fee for the equipment was refunded but there was a lot of time and inconvenience that was also spent as a result of this mistake.
