The lot was pretty crowded with cars and trucks randomly parked.Bruce T.
First of all, we were not given the correct key for the initial pick up before store hours opened. That delayed us because we had to call customer service to override the pick up info so we could take a different truck than assigned to us. We told her needed to extend the time since we were delayed. Now I'm being charged for TWO RENTAL trucks ($29.95 x2) when I only used one. I have called and emailed about it, but have now disputed it with my bank. Needless to say, I will NOT be using UHAUL or recommending it to anyone for this terrible service.Jenna H.
The location was well below par for UHaul; however, the young woman working that day, Maricella, did an excellent job considering the circumstances. She had no laptop or tablet and had to do all transactions on a cell phone. The physical appearance of the location was also not what I expect and associate with UHaul.Terry W.
First time renting a uhaul, and didn't know I could ask for mileage. I was charged 15 for going over the mileage, when it could've been explained. I was moving to Palmdale from Pasadena, and I wasn't given enough mileage in the first place.Jasmine C.

I have rented from this location multiple times with no bad experiences. Today, I was charged $10.00 dollars to keep my vehicle on the lot. That is wrong and I will never be renting from this location again.Evan S.

We scheduled our pickup for 8:00 am. When we arrived there was no one there. They finally showed up at 8:30, just as we were ready to leave. I found it very unprofessional, as we had a limited time to move our daughter and our â€œcrewâ€ was left waiting as well.CARLA M.
I had to cancel my initial rental because no one was there to get me the keys to the van and no way for me to access the van using the app. So, I then frustratingly had to order this rental at a different location through the app, travel to that location, and complete my rental. The photo steps, license, and personal verification steps are ridiculous.RONALD F.
I made a reservation for Wednesday and the truck wasn't there. They changed me to Friday, the last chance I had to move. Then none of the equipment I reserved except the truck was there, even though I called ahead to make sure it would be. So perhaps just fulfill the most basic requirements of the reservation rather than being extravagantly incompetent. That would be a better experience.DREW H.

This drop from location was nothing short of a joke. Pure BS! Horrible! Said open. No one there to help. Over crowded lot. Nowhere to drop. All the online crap to drop off. Had to scan this, pics of that to submit. If after hours, that crap is one thing. To have to do that mid day is inexcusable. Worst customer service EVER!robert M.

The truck was missing the middle seatbelt. And when I arrived for rental, after the reservation system changed the location on me, they did not have one of the dollies I reserved.Jacquie G.
No one was there, so we waited for awhile trying to figure out what to do. Tried calling uhaul directly, but was on hold forever, until I gave up. The guy there working ended up being asleep. Also, very unhappy with uhaul overall because they changed my pick up location the day before my move to a much further location with traffic.OMKAR P.

Truck is old and passenger door did not close well. I ordered blankets but they had none for me, which was a huge problem since I was moving wood furniture (lots of it). the manager was nice but the equiptment and lack of blankets was not acceptable. When I make a reservation, make sure the truck is there or at least call me if it is not. Or at the very least, keep your promises on the deals you offer for not having met the reservation.Nathaniel B.
Truck cargo area was not clean. Truck was damaged and was told there was no alternate and to call roadside assistance, which I did and had no luck either time reaching an actual person. Had issues with my bill as well and the charges were not reversible so was asked to stop by instead.Jennifer H.

the process to rent through that app was long and troublesome. Nothing was accurate from the charges. Mileage, gas and all charges were double charged. car smelled like weed. Never felt so ripped off, sine didn't work with any human contact the app really screwed me.sam H.
