The location I scheduled pickup from did not have the vehicle available and I received a message minutes before I was to arrive at the pickup location that I had to go to another location. When I arrived the person working there did not know I was coming and seemed a bit confused by the pickup and drop-off process. This is the second time in a week that the vehicle I had ordered was not available at the scheduled pickup location.Andrew B.

This was very convenient for me and I liked how you check in online. The guy I dealt with was very friendly. However, I was charged $30 for not having topped up gas. I just finished moving and I was tired and done. Since I went a measly 30km I didn't think much of it. How can there be a $30 charge??? I'd like to see a breakdown of how that's justified. Make the check-in process more intuitive or more inclusive of all the steps so the staff person doesn't have to do as much. I'm assuming because it wasn't the staff person's main job and the internet was slow, we weren't able to use the vehicle until roughly 25 minutes after we arrived. The van was disgusting. There was a used condom a half empty beer and some stained blankets in the back of the van. The previous person had smoked and ashed all over the front seat area and had tried to cover up the smoke by placing dryer lint sheets in the air vents.CHRISTOPH H.
Pick-up and drop-off were very smooth, no hassle. Was happy to find that I was able to get the van early in the morning considering that I didn't make the booking until the night before-- One of the benefits of being a 24 hour store, I suppose. I have rented this same truck for the second time - the first time I picked it up from Best Foods Grocery. When I returned the truck I made a note that the left blinker was out. When I picked up the truck again today it still had a broken blinker. I find this really concerning as it increases the risk for an accident and I don't think it's fair to rent a truck with a key feature broken, Not to mention, I was given no alert that the blinker was broken and that I had to rely on hand signals.TARYN M.

I asked for the location next to my home. You changed it to this location. The van I wanted sat at my preferred location all day. The van I ended up with was filthy inside. The left rear turn signal did not work. I will never rent a van from you again.Gordon R.
I understood that I rent the uhaul for 19.95 + pay for each km. When I came back to the store the guy told me to put gas in the Uhaul or he would charge me an additional $20 for gas which was outrageous considering I drove within 5 minutes of the location to move my stuff. I ended up putting $15 gas into the Uhaul to avoid him over charging me but I felt it was extremely inconvenient and uncalled for as I was not informed that was part of protocol upon renting the Uhaul. I am extremely dissatisfied on this experience and will look elsewhere next time I need to rent a moving truck.Holly R.

1st separate the options clean and well maintained, the car was Not clean but it did seem to have good mechanical maintenance. 2nd at least vacuum the seats... You know pandemic wise?Jorge B.
Be clear before rental about any damage AND it's unfair to charge fuel or mileage with No record of fuel level or initial odometer mileage. This should be policy as these mistakes Could be in disputeLLOYD C.
Power locks on the van weren't fully functional, but no dents to the van, easy to get in and out of the lot, and staff at this location are friendly, honest, and professional.Heather B.
