The guy at the counter was rude and tried putting me in vans with either check engine lights on, flat tires, or burned out headlights. Ended up having to downsize to a 9ft van because none of the 10ft trucks were safe enough to drive. Had to make more trips and was more of a hassle all because the trucks were horribly maintained.

Belinda MutoniFor starters, the mileage that they put on the paperwork was incorrect. They claimed I traveled 48 miles, in addition to the 20 miles I already paid for, when I literally went less than 5 miles away. They also lied and said that I returned their truck with an empty tank, when I stopped at a gas station right before I returned their vehicle. Thankfully, I had pictures to prove that they lied and tried to steal from me. If I hadn't had evidence, I would've had to pay over 120 dollars for a three hour rental.
Sheneah Allen-MorineI was very shocked when I arrived to pick up my truck and was told my wife just drove off with the truck. I left the house and my wife to pick up the truck so I knew it was not my wife. So someone without the same name or address was able to pick up the truck I reserved and have the bill paid by my credit card on file is a little concerning.

The inside of the truck was dirty (the cab) The gasket for the windshield is coming off and banging on the cab when you drive. very distracting. I contacted the OL chat about the mileage but was still charged for the incorrect miles.

The Windshield was very fuzzy and dirty and no windshield washer fluid to clean; the Wiper was noisy. I wasn't happy for my Uhaul truck rental at all. They should clean the truck and check up the engine and everything etc....every time people returns the truck!!

Darlynn FletcherFirstly, for some reason our reservation was transferred @30 miles from where I chose near my home. They did add 25 miles to my mileage which was acceptable but going that far was inconvenient.They were very nice and took care of me right away. It was a little difficult to discern where they were as it is part of an Indian Food Market. While the truck ran as expected, the cab was very dirty, someone had been smoking in the cab. There was ash everywhere. I didn’t open the back until I got home and found a great deal of nasty debris and it smelled like manure. I spent a long time cleaning before we loaded our things. When I called U-Haul customer service, again - they were very nice and professional but said there were no other options available.
Susan TolinoVery disappointed, It took me 2 hours for me to get the truck, It ruined my arrangements because I was late. I got a reservation but never got a passcode for the Box lock. Finally someone called me and gave me the code. The truck was super dirty, tire pressure light on and the gas was on E completely empty. I had to spend MORE TIME going to get gas. Besides that you guys had extra fees on weekends I had to return the truck with little more thank quarter of a tank. I made a complaint to get reimbursement for the extra gas. I hope at least I get that back.
David AndradeThe check-in process for picking up my rental was very cumbersome. It took nearly 40 minutes for the ID verification process to finish before I could pick up the u-haul vehicle. This process should've been done sooner than the day of arrival and pick up. It caused delays to my schedule as the process was slow and inconvenient.

You need to also insure that this location properly maintains equipment and verifies condition. The truck that I was given for a one way rip was NOT safe and the agent had a don't give a shit attitude. It was MY problem that the truck was not safe and I refused to drive it. The front end was all over the place.
