Only one employee working the place and many customers just want scratch off lottery tickets. I was first in line and was served although fellow was doing business on phone. Drop off easier than rental process I am sure.

This was not a good experience. The man had no clue about the equipment. Thank goodness my brother was there to attach it to my truck. Then the right light was not working so he gave us an address to another uhaul place. We went there to get the light fix. This place was even worse. They were not helpful at all and had no clue how to fix it. They suggested we go to another uhaul place so we were on our way to the other uhaul place when that place called and said they did not have a replacement. At this point I’m really frustrated. So I just said I’ll take my chances and hope I do t get stopped by the police. I was in a strange place. Never been to Lexington and they had me driving all over the city because no one knew how to fix the light. Ridiculous.

I wanted to be nice to Uhaul. So, I filled the gas more than I was told (filled full tank though I was told to fill half) Cleaned the truck before I returned. But I felt a very bad experience with Uhaul at the end. I was charged $ 21.40 as an after-hours service fee. I didn't see this fee written in the contract while renting the truck. I had rented a budget truck before and never changed me any fees other than they mentioned upfront. Normally, most of the rental companies don't charge fees for after-hours drop off or for key drop-off. In conclusion, I will never use Uhaul in my life and never recommend my friends and family to use Uhaul. $21.40 is not a big amount for me and Uhaul, but Uhaul gives me a very bad experience.

Reasonable service, Maybe a person dedicated to rental, the employee had to checkout the store customers throughout my transaction as well, prolonging my transaction. Other than that, no problems!

After being told the first 20 miles were covered under the rental cost I was then charged for the first 20 miles. After replacing the fuel used I was still charged for four gallons after I had already put in 5 gallons just minutes before. My checkout was non-existent. The clerk did not have time to go over the vehicle with me because he was checking out grocery shoppers. Overall the truck worked fine but UHAUL literally took money that was not theirs. I'm sure they do this to everyone and just get by with it. It's all literally a scam.

The automatic transmission was rough when it shifted gears. The tires sensor was on when I picked the truck up. The store clerk said he knew about it and that the sensor was bad. It was a lot of steps to check in online and next time I will just go inside.

Engine light, in need of maintenance. UHaul used to be a "Go-to" company for moving, but those days are long gone. I wouldn't put much faith in the vehicles or service. This was a decent and friendly location since it wasnt a traditional UHaul rental location. I don't think you need a survey, go rent one, who'd you will see nasty trucks and sorry employees..

Mart owner did not help me connect the trailer. Had to do on my own. Also, was full of dirt I had to clean out prior to putting furniture in. He should not be representing uhaul. Makes you look bad.

I had completed the majority of the steps for the return online. Though, when I did have a question on the portion about the condition of the truck, I was quickly informed by the man at the register ( Manager/owner of the establishment?). It was a very quick, easy process.

The location was not very hospitable for parking U-Haul vehicles considering it was a small neighborhood food market.

Uhaul should provide a print out of documented pre-existing damage to rental. Having to go online then walk around looking for matching x's is not customer friendly. No issues with location or operators.

I was in pure panic mode as my daughter Paige was moving. she has friends with trucks but it was pouring the rain and I needed her to have a covered vehicle to move. I called and boom they had the 10 foot one available the same day. Last year I used Home Depot flat bed and it cost me a fortune... I will ONLY be using this company from now on.. And also thank you for being SO kind

Again online drop off was just as bad. Didn't have to call, but had to restart drop off about 4 times. Page kept saying continue but never did.

Was not the place I had in mind to pick up a trailer in a unsafe neighborhood. The guy there did not know how to hook up the trailer , and prior to me coming a representative told me there was ramps in the trailer for my motorcycle.

I was charged for gas even after I filled it back to the correct amount, the truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, this was the closest uhaul to my house and I only used it to move a couch down the same street and it was more than $55 after he charged me for gas. I will not use U-Haul again.

The truck cab was nasty with the smell of cigarettes that was literally overwhelming. There was loose tobacco sprinkled throughout the cab. I have pictures if there is a way to attach them. It smelled and looked like it was someone's personal vehicle. You could tell where someone rested their cigarettes or put them out or something. There was loose tobacco down in the door handles almost like it was being stored there. It was dark when we dropped the truck back off and there were men doing something around a car with the truck open. They then left and a guy came from behind the store and came to one of the trucks and started doing something with it so we just got in our car and left the area. This was Eureka Springs location Lexington, KY, 15 foot truck picked up 9/28/18.

I had a great experience !! The person behind the counter knew what he was doing fast and quick.. he was very knowledgeable about everything about the U-Haul business. I would definitely go back and see him again For my U-Haul rentals
