I turned in my uhaul with 25 hours of my initial rental and got charged for two days. Not happy. I think I may just go buy a trailer. I have rented uhaul a at least 20 times in the past six months.PAUL T.

The truck had a damaged fender and the driver's door would not open. The app locked up when I tried to submit a picture of the damage and then jumped to say the pickup was complete. The location was closed when I picked up the truck so I tried to call customer service. I waited on hold for over an hour for assistance but gave up without talking to anyone. This delayed me for my appointment so I left and had to climb in and out of the passenger door all day.Jerry W.

rented a tow dolly for a vehicle- the employee was not helpful at all, had me install the tow dolly myself and never checked to see if I had installed properly. the straps to hold the vehicle in place were very worn and too short.LAWRENCE R.

210 for 2 days is absolutely ridiculous. I had it back early, swept and mopped the back out, even got the dirt out the front that was there when I got it. Cleaned the ashtray that had ashes in it and I don't even smoke. Not only that, but the actual gas was in-between the half and 3/4 line when I drove off and I STILL put it back at 3/4. I don't know if I got fucked on mileage but I drove it maybe 40-50. I can't see details but it looks like I got charged for over 100. What happened to put the gas back and you're good? Greedy fucks. Facility not open when I dropped off on Monday morning. Tried to use on line drop off but app could not see my location. I left a phone message with the drop off site and received verification a few hours later. I suspect the U haul app wasn't working right but perhaps the drop off site made the effort to finish the transaction.Sean O.
