Customer service was very poor. Waited about 10 minutes before a U-Haul representative came from out back to wait on us. It took approximately 45 minutes to an hour before we got on our way. Maybe this location may need some additional training. Gentlemen was pleasant.
Barb GallagherTrailer was stuck behind a car,not clean under some snow,had to wait for the mecanic freind to come and give the key, no explication, no help , no nothing! Employes was talking in there language between them and the mecanic was smoking pot, i got my trailer but next time in will chek for a other provider!
Viviane BaldwinWe got there and the system was down. We had to do all the work ourselves on the phone. Rep at the U-Haul location wouldn’t even speak with the rep when he called just handed us the phone to deal with it. They didn’t even note to give us the discount we were suppose to get due to travelling quite a distance to pick up the U-Haul. We had to ask for the discount and the price they originally tried to charge before we said something about the discount was WAY more than what the price that was given to us when we booked it in Amherst NS. They adjust the price to what the original price should have been and gave us $50 off for a trip that cost us $90 in fuel to pick the u haul up so we still lost money even after booking the U-Haul months in advance for the location we needed.
jordan hirtleThe place where I picked up the truck they didn't know what to do so they passed me the phone I had to do everything because their system was down they were very rude the truck was dirty in the cab with garbage the back was still had hay in it. The exhaust had a terrible leak so you had to drive with the radio up or listen to the exhaust the windshield was so dirty when a headlight would hit your windshield at night you could barely see with the dirt. When I return vehicle it took them 30 minutes to walk 100 ft to check the truck to walk back and tell me it was okay very slow not professional at al
kris fordThe people who run this establishment are very slow and unprofessional, and also seem to not really know exactly how to do all the proper steps for rentals which cost us a considerable amount of time, until they could figure out how to do the most basic things. I also found their customer service and demeanor to be terrible. I absolutely would have used another location, had it been possible, when renting another trailer a few days later

Rodrigo AbreuLocation is closed on Sundays so I dropped off the truck without any staff present at the site. No labeled drop box for the truck keys but I called the company's phone number (even though it was closed) and a staff member came to pick up the keys.
