confusing layout, could not find the box to return keys for a while. Had to return the truck at 7 am and they did not open until 8 am. Apparently I did not complete the mobile check out properly so I was charged an extra $57. Not very happy that my location was also changed for drop off when it had already happened for pick up as well.

Very helpful but did not have my moving blankets or dolly that I reserved. Issue was they did charge for them there. So when I went to pick up Temeca branch they wanted to charge me for them again. Temecula branch only had 12 of the blankets and did not change on originalinvoice.

Waited an hour before approval on app to receive the van. No solid communication from UHaul. Even though I was on time but received the van late because of UHaul, I was still charged the full fee and told to bring the van back at the same time. This reduced the time I had the van by 25%. There was no significant contact from UHaul for that hour. App was not working to upload pictures or when I pit in alternate contact information. Error stated that the name and number were already on the contract. I did not put those people on the contract. Overall very unsatisfactory service, unprofessional delivery, no customer focus, terrible customer experience. If I wasn't in a pinch I would have canceled. I will not repeat.

Better customer service. This was the most stressful, frustrating and horrible experience! Waited two hours for my rental because I wasn't given a code to unlock the lock to retrieve the key for the truck. Had to wait until U-Haul opened. When finally opened, could not give me the key because I had no green light. Finally after getting off customer service, WHICH WAS NOT HELPFUL!, cancel my reservation and start another one! Finally got the truck. Made it to my house, packed up but then when I got on the freeway on my way to my storage, the TRUCK RENTAL WAS SHAKING badly in the front I thought something was going to fall out! Got off the freeway and had to drive 30 miles/hr I can go on and on and on! This experience wa ms just so upaettting!

Hassle free! I called to let them know I was going to be dropping off the truck after hours & they provided all the information I needed.

basically ignored me. asked if they could make me a copy of the return form I had from picking it up. was told to take a picture of it with my phone as they continued to mop the floor. Didn't check the truck with me. Basically acted as if I was interfering with the day. Sat in my car sending a message to U-Haul, they finally went out an opened the back of the truck, looked in and went back into the office. Not pleased with this location.

Terrible experience! The truck was available but they didn't leave the keys for us or the items we had reserved and it was after hours. We had to come back the next day (delaying our move) and they still couldn't find the keys. They tried to give us another truck but it was blocked in. We reserved furniture blankets and a dolly; none of which were ready and we had to pull the blankets out from storage ourselves. Then, even though we returned the truck earlier than our allotted rental time and had to pick it up later than our reservation, they charged us for double the time and for gas we didn't use. With a lot of work we were able to get refunded but I will never use U-Haul again.

Not only was my rental not available at my reserved time, the correct equipment that I had RESERVED ONE WEEK AGO was not even at the location. I had to use 2 furniture movers instead of regular dollies to move my packages which made my whole move in process a NIGHTMARE. Not only was I running late for my move in appointment, I had to work three times as hard because this location was unprepared and unprofessional, period. Why did this location have not even ONE dolly? I could not even self check out my rental at the correct time because whoever scheduled my appoint scheduled it for in hand key delivery. Beyond frustrating to say the very least.

This location was rather sketchy. Definitely not a place I would recommend a woman to go alone to. Also, the vehicle I rented was dirty, with dust all over the floor of the cab and cargo area, trash and rags on the floor of the cab area, and bits of trash in the cargo area. I don't think the last person bothered to clean it up at all.

This is a CAR WASH, not a u-haul rental site. NOBODY knew how to process the u-haul rental. CLEARLY this is a side-line for them, NOT a main business! The vehicle I had reserved was NOT THERE! I paid $111 for what should have been a $30 rental. The final insult was that when I tried to return the vehicle, the parking place was BLOCKED by a Gatorade delivery truck, so I had to drive around the block, walk back, talk to somebody, etc. I will NEVER EVER rent a u-haul from Foamy Car Wash again. They should NOT be in the u-haul rental business. They are a CAR WASH! I was VERY frustrated and upset. Terrible experience. The truck I did rent, however, was just fine and performed perfectly.

I return the u-haul with half tank plus a little more and the u-haul representative said everything was fine..but today I received a email saying I returned the truck with a quarter tank and charging me $89 .. crazy lies.. disgusting I Literally fill it up pass the half way mark seconds before going to the drop off location
